Hi Mr Appleby, we arranged the collection for the day after you reported it and will send a new one out as soon as it's back. I realise you are disappointed to find the hob scratched upon opening it, but appreciate we had no way of knowing that and the service you received to put it right has been prompt and helpful. “I ordered a sink which arrived very quickly and then decided it was too big. Following talking to Amreen I returned it and have been refunded and am happy with the service I received. The only reason I am giving 4 rather than 5 stars is that it took 10 days to get refunded. However, I would like to particularly praise Amreen, who was very helpful and professional throughout, arranging a fast delivery and then responding very promptly to emails regarding the return. She is a great credit to the company.”
