“I purchased a bathroom unit from you and inside the cupboard there was a plastic cap missing despite sending you emails and even a picture of the missing cap you still haven't been in touch this is the first time i have ever shopped with your company and i am not impressed.”

“I never recieved an order confirmation email ( i have requsted this 4 times via email). The order was chased multiple times for confirmation of delivery. The order took three weeks to be delivered and with no communication at all.”
