The service I received prior to Christmas was first class however I was very disappointed when I attempted to contact the company directly after Christmas as there was no one to answer the telephone or respond to my emails. When I eventually got through and spoke to someone to ask if Bosch made telescopic rails to fit the oven I have rather than the one the rails fitted, I was told that they didn't. When I asked if I could return the rails I purchased I was told I was outside the fourteen day return period. This was not my fault due to the fact that Modernliving was closed for Christmas!!!! I am now left with a set of telescopic rails that are for all intents and purposes useless to me and the very best part of £60 out of pocket. I know there are rules to abide by but it is hard to understand how the companies choice to close for a long period after Christmas could or should override good customer service. I will not visit their website again and will ensure the poor customer service I have receive is known to any of my friends who might contemplate purchasing anything from them.

Good Price ;courteous and rapid telephone response when I wanted to double check availability; quick delivery. What more can you want?

Ordered a sink and it came in the next day. Only one thing made it four stars for me was the delivery company... All day waits are a thing of the past use dpd instead you have an hour window and proper tracking for your parcel. Other than that and a wasted 6 hours the sink is great!!

That's a fair comment, we use APC as the level of damages is the lowest around. We have used a number of couriers in the past, but when sending expensive delicate items like your sink, we have found them to be second to none. Delivery windows or ETA's would be great and something I believe they are working towards, but for now it's a phone call to chase it up. Thank you for leaving us the review!
