“Ordered a dishwasher online. Good communication and quick delivery. Just lost a star because the delivery driver was only able to deliver the dishwasher half way down my drive due to his pallet trolley not working on gravel. I unloaded it from the pallet and shuffled it the rest of the way into my garage, but if my wife had taken delivery I'm not sure what she'd have done.”

“Service was fantastic with regular contact re order confirmation and delivery. The major issue was delivery. Delivered within the 2 hour ETA but the drivers aren't allowed to actually place the item (in this case a bath) in a safe place ie in the garage so it was basically left on a HUGE pallet on the drive. That's not possible to do by yourself!”

“We were happy with the price, delivery was also arranged quite quickly and I was able to choose the day that suited me best however some forethought/checking about how the delivery could be carried out should be pit in place, my delivery driver hadn't realised that the path to my house was narrow and would not fit his pallet truck, therefore I had to help him carry the dishwasher down the path and up the steps, and it was qyi5e heavy and I was worried that I would drop it!! (Bit of a health and safety nightmare).”

“Prompt reply to my question on the website. Ordered new part for my cooker hood and it came within a day or two. £9.99 postage is shockingly pricey compared to other companies postage. Would have given 5* if the postage had been reasonable.”

Thank you for leaving us a review, we do take your point about the postage. We only use a next day carrier for our parcel deliveries and the cost is pretty much a true reflection of what they charge. If it is in stock then the customers get it very quickly. Often with the little accessory orders we have to order them in and that can take 4-5 days, so we want to send it next day when it arrives to make sure we hit the published timeframe. Hopefully the total cost you paid was still competitive and all our postage charges are visible in the basket before checkout as there is nothing worse than having to fill in details before you can see delivery charges.

Thanks Michael, that's very fair. The microwave was out of stock with us and with Bosch , but as we advertised it as available tried to find the best solution we could.

Thanks for the review Mrs Patel, we are pleased you like the double drainer sink. Sorry about the small delay with the delivery. Although we dispatched on the same day for next day delivery, our couriers, APC had a breakdown and all freight from Bradford was delivered the following morning. We did our best and helped track it down and get you the information you needed, but it was out of our hands.
