“This my first experience to purchase 6 burner gas hob from modern living. Received my delivery on time and their delivery service is excellent. I was able to divert my delivery and was able to speak to their team who were very helpful. As I have not connected the hob yet, so rated 4 star. Hopefully I should not have any problems. Will definitely recommend and will continue to purchase.”

“I ordered a sink which arrived very quickly and then decided it was too big. Following talking to Amreen I returned it and have been refunded and am happy with the service I received. The only reason I am giving 4 rather than 5 stars is that it took 10 days to get refunded. However, I would like to particularly praise Amreen, who was very helpful and professional throughout, arranging a fast delivery and then responding very promptly to emails regarding the return. She is a great credit to the company.”

“No complaints with the service from Modern Living, very good. Was let down by the courier who advised of delivery and then said 'there was a problem' so delayed it by 24hrs.”

“The item was despatched quickly and fit for purpose. However the item arrived nearly 24 hours after the delivery company stated. I had to chase as 3 hours after they stated yesterday and although on they said priority today arrive 1 hour after the last time today.”
