The service I received prior to Christmas was first class however I was very disappointed when I attempted to contact the company directly after Christmas as there was no one to answer the telephone or respond to my emails.
When I eventually got through and spoke to someone to ask if Bosch made telescopic rails to fit the oven I have rather than the one the rails fitted, I was told that they didn't. When I asked if I could return the rails I purchased I was told I was outside the fourteen day return period. This was not my fault due to the fact that Modernliving was closed for Christmas!!!!
I am now left with a set of telescopic rails that are for all intents and purposes useless to me and the very best part of £60 out of pocket.
I know there are rules to abide by but it is hard to understand how the companies choice to close for a long period after Christmas could or should override good customer service.
I will not visit their website again and will ensure the poor customer service I have receive is known to any of my friends who might contemplate purchasing anything from them.
