“Called with a query on stock availability. Was called back with the answer as promised (unlike other suppliers) received the goods undamaged within 3 days. (Again unlike other suppliers) All good.”

“Ordered a Frankie 1.5 bowl sink and a tower tap on 26.11.22 - On 27.11 we saw a Frankie tap we preferred so emailed over the weekend to advise the change - no problem - upgraded without any fuss - revision confirmed 28.11 at the phone and delivery dates agreed. 1.12.2022 both items received in perfect condition - sink a pallet-line delivery to avoid damage. Both items lovely quality - really satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this company. They made it so easy ......... Now the hard part - searching for a tradesman to come to fit ........ and turn up as agreed? ....... not so easy - eh?”

“The item was despatched quickly and fit for purpose. However the item arrived nearly 24 hours after the delivery company stated. I had to chase as 3 hours after they stated yesterday and although on they said priority today arrive 1 hour after the last time today.”

“Ordered fine, delivery time was fine. Downside was I ordered 2 items and when I had a message from the courier 20 mins before my delivery slot which was my first communication with them I had no idea which item it was that was coming. One being much heavier then the other I thought I may need a hand in moving it. It would have been nice to know which item was being delivered also a bit longer than 20 minutes as well would have been nice as I was on the school run.”

“Told me a date for delivery, organised employee to be there to receive. After some time had passed started chasing for them (around 11-12) as they hadn't contacted. Queued on hold 40 minutes, (hung up as I was fed up) Didn't hear back until 2. All to say they weren't being delivered on the day they had arranged. Terrible experience with them. No compensation or gesture of good will. Cant say id be using them again.”

Sorry you had a bad experience with your order. This was due to one of our delivery partners. We asked for the radiators to be delivered directly from the supplier to try and expedite the order - but it backfired when the delivery failed and had to be rearranged. We appreciate this can be inconvenient and we try and help where we can - but when trying to put things right - sometimes what is possible doesn't tally with what the customer would like.
