“Excellent company ! Expedited our delivery so fast we couldn't believe it !!!! We live in Scotland and most purchases from England take a long time to arrive !!!! This was the best ever !!! Very efficient - no fuss - just got the job done !!! Would use it again - highly recommend this company !!!”

“First class service. After my electrician found he needed an additional part for a cooker hood your staff quickly located it, despatched it the same day and I received the part the following day. Couldn't be better!”

“Ordered z vsth St short notice leading up to bank holiday. Sales person was really helpful and arranged for a Friday delivery. Price was extremely competitive with free delivery. Delivery was as arranged driver was courteous and dropped the bath where I asked. Great customer service Highly recommended.”

“Modern Living supplied me with the bath I was having trouble getting. My builders had already removed my old bath. The first supplier I had ordered from let me down at the very last minute and told me the bath had been discontinued. When I spoke to the manufacturer, this was not true, it was a new product. So, I went to Modern Living who ordered the bath for me with no problem and excellent customer service, (Amreen). The price was very good, cheaper than the first supplier. The bath arrived yesterday under the estimated lead time, and I am very very happy. Thank you.”

“Buying a bath shouldn’t realy be a pleasant experience but the lady from Dudley who dealt with me was a real joy ..a lovely character..with a great sense of humour …money can’t buy excellent service it just comes naturally. My only criticism is that delivery is a door step delivery as a 61 year old this could be a problem for me … customers could be given the option of support to get items inside for an additional charge …. I’m going to offer the delivery driver £10ams see if he can help”

“Ordered Saturday delivered Tuesday. Product looks excellent at a good price, will see when installed. Did try to contact customer service on Saturday to discuss my order but no one answered and they are open 10-4, so not sure why that was. Overall, despite the call the experience has been very good.”
