“Ordered a ceramic kitchen sink which was delivered and found to have a large crack across the surface. Contacted the company to arrange a replacement/refund and was advised to send photos of the damage so that these can be directed to the manufacturer. Heard nothing since and having contacted the customer services dept was basically fobbed off. I would never do business with this company ever again.”

“Frankly I was amazed at the response from Modern Living. Fist by a telephone call to check on stock and delivery times then by the arrival of a perfect product less than 24 hours after ordering. Would be morew then happy to use this company again and have already passed details to a family member.”
