We visited the showroom looking for a particular radiator Nick was very helpful and we did not order one at the time but following a discussion with our plumber we contacted the sales desk, The staff were very polite and helpful we placed an order and we were told that we would receive an extra 10% the radiator was delivered too days later as promised perfect.
