“I’ve had to return these boots- I couldn’t get my foot in the boots. Also they were described as TAN they were more like TAUPE. Very disappointed and at waiting for my refund”

“The beautiful stone-coloured trainers arrived with a 2cm scratch on the toe part of the shoe. They should never have been dispatched and I haven't got round to returning them. It was a treat buying the shoes, so I'm disappointed.”

“I love everything about them except the footbed is very hard as this causes me foot pain, I had to insert insoles to be able to wear them please address this feedback to improve the comfort.”

“It took 2 weeks for delivery and nearly 3 for a refund! Very slow delivery and returns has made me think twice about ordering again. The shoes however are lovely very comfy and made well”

“Shoes are lovely but customer service service was terrible. The customer service phone line and the webchat don't seem to have anyone at the end of them, and when I emailed I got a response saying they would respond in 3 days. When they did email with unhelpful information after 3 days I then had to wait another 3 days again for them to respond to my response. Disappointing and frustrating to spend so much on a pair of shoes and then have such poor customer service.”

“Shoes are great quality but the sizes are odd. 5.5 used to fit now 5 is far too small and 6 far too big. This puts me off ordering more. Hence 3 star rating. Returns take up to 3 weeks to process even when returning to a shop”

“Bought another pair of Evvaa flats - this time in Black mock croc. Tassel fell off on the second time I wore them. They were out of stock in my size when I ordered a replacment pair. Very disappointed - the tasssels are not stiched in, just have leather wound around the tassel. NOT the quality I'd expect from Moda in Pelle. :-(”

“I bought some ankle boots online. Arrived quickly which was nice but the boots didn't match at the front and looked stupid to wear as a pair. Very disappointed. I took them back to the shop and I got a refund which took nearly two weeks to receive . I would have kept the boots if they hadn't been odd. It definitely has put me off from ordering on line from Monday In Pelle. Customer service was good though apart from taking a little too long to receive my refund.”

“I absolutely love the boots I have bought from Moda in Pelle - great quality. However, two pairs didn't fit me and the process of sending them back is very unfortunate. Having to pay for your own postage when boots are heavy is a real shame - and a deterrent to future orders. Surely there is a better way to offer refunds to your customers. If this process were sorted this would be a 5* review.”

“Love my shoes but ordering is a nightmare. Ordered my usual size but they were too small (despite checking the measurements). Had to pay to return them, even though I wanted to exchange to next size up. Will put me off ordering in future.”

“I made 2 purchases on 5th December, one of the purchases was the wrong size so I immediately returned it. I then contacted the business on 17th December to chase payment. On 19th December I received confirmation that the returned product arrived on 10th December and payment would follow on and around 24th Dec. I have chased again on 2nd Jan, as yet I have not received my £79.00 as yet. The products themselves are great, I would have given a 5, but the drawn out returns process is totally unacceptable.”
