Although I love moda, I was really disappointed at having to pay excessive postage to return a pair of trainers recently - this has made me very wary of ordering online 😮

I ordered an 8 when they arrived they were more like a 6. Also I am still waiting for my refund. Your system can take payment instantly but can't manage an instant refund

I returned the product for exchange to a bigger size. The parcel had been sent out on 3 December 2024, and the tracking record said that it has arrived at your warehouse. However, I have not received the exchange product yet, it’s 23 December now.

Boots are lovely and great quality, my only criticism is the packaging, the PARCEL BAGS bags that the Boots are being dispatched in are simply TOO SMALL. I've just received some Boots and half the box is exposed due to the parcel bag ripping in transit because it's been too small and tight. This has caused problems on returning them as the bag can't be sealed properly as it's simply too small to fit back over. This has happened about 3 times now.

I ordered silver trainers for a weekend away, I found a small default, size of drawing pin head, to inside of 1 shoe where the interior material was showing. As I needed the trainers for an outfit I purchased a silver pen to cover imperfection. Slightly disappointing as have purchased boots & shoes from you but not on line.

Excellent prompt delivery and have not once had to return . Fit and style perfect.not bad going for five pairs of boots!

Love these Abbey trainers and have had x2 previous pairs, so was very disappointed that my usual size (41) was too small, and yet it’s the largest size available. Apparently an alternative manufacturer, due to high demand, could be the explanation . Disappointing, all the same. Consistency in sizing should be fundamental to the brand.

I brought a pair of platform trainers in a size 6. They were far too big so decided to send them back for an exchange to a size 5. 3 weeks later I didn't hear anything so had to email customer service. I then received a refund not an exchange

Although I loved the boots, I was disappointed to find that my usual size was was way too small for me and I had to pay to return them and get a size larger. The second pair are great.

Super speedy delivery but unfortunately refunds are extremely slow. Had to contact customer services as hadn't received any notification that a refund was pending (getting near to 10 days), and it was only then that advisor started the process. Also had to phone initially to check that the goods had been received as again no notification of return.

I bought a pair of trainers and one of the eyelets came off the third time I wore them. This is disappointing otherwise I was very pleased with them.

I think the shoes and boots are all lovely and comfortable and well made. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for choice on line, took 2 pairs back to the shop and cannot understand why they are unable to give you a straight refund there and then like most other shops. I was promised a refund within 10 days. 20 days later still waiting for refund, wrote to customer services to be told they had now processed the refund but that it could take 3-5 days to be refunded to my card. Eventually after 5 days I did get the refund finally, but this has left a bitter taste with poor service, to the point that I won't be keen to order again from Moda in Pelle

My order (shoes) never arrived - Evri advised that it was due for delivery but 2 weeks later, no sign of it despite a search of system/depot etc. Moda investigated but by that time, my shoes were no longer in stock & I received a refund.

Shoes lovely. However I am a definite 5.5 in size. Mods in pelle shoes do not fit me - a real shame as they’re to my taste and style. Putting an inner sole in a 6 still means they slip up and down at the back causing blisters. A 5 is just too tight. PLEASE consider half sizes we’re not all standard fits. You cut down your customer base massively.

Beautiful and comfy, the back was stiff a bit and hurt my ankles. The sole gets rubbed off easily which was a surprise.

I love my new boots, but waiting three weeks for them was really not acceptable. I feel that I shouldn’t have had to do the chasing up of the delivery.

I ordered some sale shoes on line which arrived and had a slight mark on them I messaged customer services to see if they suggested I return them, reorder as faulty, cost implications etc and over a month later I’m still waiting for a response. Iv decided to keep the shoes but question the quality and more so the customer service
