“Lovely soft comfortable shoes, not too high. Bargain in the sale!”

“Size I ordered was too big so returned them with a note asking to replace them with a size smaller. Within a few days ,the correct size arrived. Sandals I ordered so comfortable,really soft leather. My only issue was the buckle being attached to elastic which was then sewn onto the leather, didn't make the sandals feel secure on my feet. Took them to a cobbler and had the elastic removed and the buckle securely sewn onto the leather at a cost of £15. Now they're perfect and feel secure on my feet. Would buy footwear from you again . Customer service was great”

“Lovely boots, excellent quality 👌 but unfortunately I find the calf, as always too loose. I wish they'd make the calfs adjustable from slim to wide fit rather than wide to wider fit 🙄”

“I purchased a pair of wome's shoes on line which were marred by strange marks on one shoe. I contacted Moda and was issued with an apology and a replacement pair. Service was quick and satisfactory. I did think a faulty pair should have been recognised before sending out but otherwise very pleased.”
