“The online shopping and ordering experience was seamless. I bought three items intending to keep all of them, but one pair did not fit so I returned them, which also went seamlessly. However, it took two emails and an extraordinary length of time to receive a refund. That is the reason for four stars and not five stars. Please note that the quality of the footwear is wonderful and I am very pleased with them and I may have just been unfortunate to have experienced difficulties obtaining a refund on this occasion.”

“The sandals I got were really lovely. I was very impressed by the packaging - shoes were beautifully wrapped in tissue paper with extra tissue over the buckles. First order with Moda In Pelle- will definately be reordering.”

“I love Moda In Pelle shoes, and have bought many pairs over the years. However, this year I bought 3 pairs on line, which is a first for me. Have to say the service was spot on. The delivery went without a hitch and because Moda In Pelle sizes are and always have been true to size I have not had to return any of them. I will definitely be ordering on line again. “Have been buying from Moda in Pelle since January 2025 .All y purchases have been a great success.I have purchased 2 pairs of trainers 2 pairs of sandals 1 pair ballet flats and 1 pair of loafers .Every time I wear any of my new shoes Iget so many compliments.I have recommend your company to so many people.I love the fact that they are all leather and so very comfortable.Just about to look at the new winter collection for a great pair of boots .”
