“Sadly these shoes were too high at the back of my foot so I had to return. They were returned the day after receipt but say Evri appear to have "misplaced" them. Moda in Pelle won't refund me as they didn't receive them back by the stipulated date & Evri won't refund me as they say it's down to Moda in Pelle to refund - therefore I have no shoes & no refund!”

“I returned the sandals that I ordered ( they weren’t the problem) I have waited 5 weeks for a refund & messaged customer services 3 times and no response from any message. The after care is absolutely terrible. Based on this I would never order online again.”
