“I ordered 2 pairs of boots and waiting over two weeks - my delivery was returned for some reason. I then asked for it to be redelivered and same happened again. I then cancelled the order. Very disappointed with the service.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of knee high leather boots, so not cheap. Neither of them fitted, but I had to pay to return them! So it basically cost me £10.00 to try on 2 pairs of boots. I won’t be ordering from here again. That’s appalling!”

“Briar trainers in white cost £99.95. Great looking trainers but with a design fault. The black patent heel grip at the back is as hard as steel, making the shoes agonising to walk in and impossible to wear. Such a shame because the rest of the shoe is lovely. Sadly I have to return them - but disappointed to find I have to pay for my own return - especially after having paid such a premium non-discounted price.”

“Absolutely shocking customer service, never received such poor service having to chase a refund for tracked package return. Shoes received were used, worn or returned by someone else. Shocking communication from the customer service dept. Saying it was my job to prove the package had arrived at their end. Would not order from them again”

“3rd pair of Beeny pewter trainers ! All have moulding issues on white sole. Really disappointed as bought pink ones in summer and love them. Customer service 100%”

“Very pleased with the quality and style of your shoes and the speed of dispatch, but my most recent order still hasn’t been delivered after 4 days (should have been 2 day delivery) and is now apparently ‘lost ’. £208 has been debited from my credit card and despite contacting customer services and Hermes I am still without my order.”

“I put a comment on your facebook page but you obviously dont respond. I'm disgusted that for a high quality shoe retailer you don't offer free returns. I ordered 5 pairs of lovely shoes, but none fitted correctly. It cost £17 to return them. Won't be ordering from you again”

“I ordered Burgundy trainers, the box arrived with all the correct details on it,however when I opened the box a pair of animal skin trainers were inside. I was refunded and postage was re embursed, just inconvenient,.”

“I expected a pair of comfortable, well fitted low heel shoes like all others that I had purchased. Instead I am very disappointed to find the latest shoes badly designed and painful to wear as the sides of the shoes are too high which rub on my bones on the side of both feet. Can’t be bothered to send them back as customers are expected to pay for goods return. Save money to buy plasters instead which are needed for these shoes!!! Feeling let down.”
