“Sadly I had to return the shoes. I requested a refund and up until now I have not received any response as to when the monies will be refunded.”

“I'm a customer of Moda in Pelle but last experience wasn't very satisfying. I had to return my order as found a fault in it. I waited for my refund for a long time (2 weeks) and finally had to contact a customer service over the phone to find out if theres any reason for a delay. Had my money back at the end but no P&P eventhough the item had a fault. Its disappointing.”

“Bought the dark red burgundy coloured snake skin loafer shoes after the first wear the right shoe now squeaks every time I walk in the heel very annoying as they are such lovely shoes for work”

“The reason why I’ve gave 3* is average! I loved the finishing and quality to a 5* , but sizes does not match!! 1* I’m a Uk size 7, and for heels I’ve ordered 8 just to make sure they’re comfortable. I couldn’t even put my feet into them! Geeked like a size 6, 6.5 maxim. And I have narrow fit. It would have been great to wear yours shoes at my wedding, but size is definitely wrong!! Won’t be ordering again.”

“The shoes arrived looking like second hand goods. The sole was definitely worn. And used marks on them. Unfortunately I had to send them back and full refund has been received.”

“I was very pleased with the prompt, efficient service provided by Moda in Pelle and the quality and fit of the boots when they arrived, about 6 weeks ago. However, last week I noticed that a small part of the sole- material had come off (at the toe end of the sole) and when I subsequently looked at both soles, I noted that the material is not wearing well. I will be contacting Customer Service and I anticipate a helpful response. Margaret McCarthy”

“Took 5\6 weeks to receive the shoes that were "in stock". After finally arriving they were sent back as they were too narrow. Shame as they were gorgeous shoes.”

“Online ordering just as easy as with any other online retailer. However, what put me off Moda in Pelle was realising afterwards that returns weren't free and that I'd either have to pay to return them by post or drive out of my way to the nearest store to return them there. So I wouldn't choose to order online again unless I knew in advance that the items would fit me and I would definitely be keeping them. Sorry.”

“Initially my order for 38 size boots arrived as size 36 (albeit the box was marked 38) returned. I ordered a 2nd pair of 38 size boots which were too big. Returned. I exchanged the 1st pair for size 37 - brilliant. I like them. They look good and fit well.”

“I bought the boots on sales which sadly did not fit me as they were too tight on the calves. I bought another pairs this time the ankles boots as so wanted to add Moda in Pelle boots to my shoes collection unfortunately was too tights as well so i have to return them. Next time i will buy types of shoes as boots don't seem to go well with me. I did appreciate the care of the customers service staff.”

“Boots were difficult to get on. The stitching came undone after first use. Had to then take them back to store and wait for refund back to account.”
