“I love the shoe styles at Moda in Pelle. However, I find most of them ‘too bling’. I ordered a pair of sandals online which appeared quite understated but when I opened the box I did not even remove them - much too sparkly. I returned to a concession and found an understated pair, although not in the sale, as online order was. But I will wear them, at least!”

“Products are great as always. Return delivery is shocking. I do not know a company that charges for returns. £13 to send back the products I did not wish to keep. Very shocked! Even the cheapest of companies I use do not charge.”

“I have no complaints about the sandles I bought (4 pairs) these are all lovely & so comfortable & great quality. I do object that you have to pay to return what is unsuitable, I got each pair in 2 sizes, as i was unsure on sizing. So i had 4 pairs to return, this cost me £13.00, I have never had to pay return postage on anything I have bought online before. So unfortunately until this changes, I wont be using Moda again. I am disappointed as i have since seen plenty of shoes & handbags I would like to try, but wont take the chance incase I have to return.”

“The boots are heavy and the heel stack catches my instep so not v comfortable. If I had paid full price they would have been returned”

“My first order this spring at full price was delivered next day I was most impress and shoes lovely. The second order was for 3 pairs at sale price these took around 2 weeks to be delivered were well tried on previously, delivered with marked soles - when I phoned customer service regarding the late delivery i was told firmly it was all I could expect at sale.”

“Ordered some sandals on line , when they came they were very , very small so had to go into shop as it was going to cost so much to post back , nearest shop is nearly 50 miles away . I then bought a different pair of sandals , perfect fit and in my usual size and I love them I would not buy on line again as the sizes are not true to size and you have to pay return post , but would buy from the shop .”

“I didn’t find the website at all easy to navigate so took several attempts. When I rang the “helpline” the person I spoke to didn’t seem to understand my problem and seemed uninterested. I love the shoes so persisted but for such an expensive product the website and support should be commensurate with the purchase costs.”

“The shoes were lovely but unfortunately faulty I returned them and had to wait a month for a refund which I only received after ringing to complain. Perhaps you should acknowledge receipt of returns immediately and then sort the refund.”

“Whilst liking your shoes I have to mention I am not happy with your customer services telephone line and online shopping. Inept and not friendly response to account mistakes queries . Klarna and Moda Pelle mistakes not mine . We are talking figures nearing £1,000. All too quick to take money from my bank account. Then not confirming orders or delivering. Attitude of customer services on phone very poor.”

“Shoes are lovely but the ones I ordered had too wide a fit. Not being a UK resident I had to pay for postage for them to arrive and then tracking postage to return them. Therefore, if the shoes are unsuitable then I am out of pocket quite an amount.”
