“Please don't buy from this site as in my view their customer service is disgraceful I returned my purchase and after 12 emails and countless messages No one has returned my money or will answer my emails Their phone line dosnt work and mailing them is impossible”

“I bought a pair of sandals at my local store in Cirencester. The staff were incredibly helpful and I was made aware of a discount available. The sandals were fs lupus very comfortable. So much so I went on line and bought the same sandals in the other colour. Again, I was lucky to get a discount on my second pair. Ordering on line was straightforward sn delivery was very efficient. Mode in Pelle has become my favourite shoe shop. Style and quality superb.”

“Refund issues!!! Good speedy delivery. Nice shoes but didn’t fit. The returns process is proving to be an utter nightmare. Goods have arrived back to them but no refund issued. Emailed several times. Phones are not answering. Tried numerous times. Very disappointing”

“Shoes are generally of a good quality. The sandals I ordered in the sale were in terrible condition. I returned them to the store a month ago and am still awaiting my refund. Not good.”

They must be the best company when it comes to sale times also,offering genuine reductions. Online orders are always despatched really quickly,could not have better service.”

“I am delighted with my new sandal, the colors are vibrant (flashy, very bright and colorful just how I like them), great quality, leather, the size is a little bigger just how I like it, I wore it on my holiday in Cancun, several people stopped me to compliment the sandals. The only observation I have is that because it is leather, if your foot sweat them you will get blisters.”
