“Absolutely atrocious customer service, no refunds actioned despite several emails. Advised refund would be processed by 9th September (after 4 weeks of returning) and still no sign of it. Will strongly advise anyone not to use this company.”

“I bought a pair of wedge sandals and I am very happy with them. Although they are not leather the quality is superb and I couldn't tell the difference. Very stylish too.”

“Returned wrong size via Evri on 15th aug still waiting for response despite contacting both companies via emails numerous times. Second pair correct size arrived swiftly no problem so still out of pocket for first pair. Using bots for communication just does not work if things go wrong, also no phone lines for weeks ??????? very annoyed and frustrated for someone who has many many pairs of Moda shoes ! I can't choose both on selection but my contact was both chat and email.”

“Absolutely love these shoes! Always unique and comfortable, and well made. My order was lost by the delivery company, so I contacted customer services, who were really helpful, and arranged a replacement order for me. Excellent service too!”

“Bought 2 pairs of sandals in the sale, as I always do. What I love about Moda In Pelle is the quality and they are always confortable from day one. I bought these as 2 of my sandals finally went after around 6 years, I wear these for work and for play all the time. Last for a while. My always go to for all footwear, now looking forward to wearing the boots I have for all of winter. Again, had some for years. Thank you”

“Quizette sandals tan leather S5/38: I have been searching for two summers for a pair of sandals to replace some old ones that I was in love with and I finally found yours 💛. I first met them on my friend and I fell in love! Tan leather, platform style , not bulky, beautifully crafted heel, woven leather and cute buckle detail. I thought there's no way they will fit my feet or they will be too heavy or narrow. I had literally tried every other comfy sandal and I always look like I've got bricks for feet. I'm petite but I want a bit of height but I still want my little feet to look pretty. I like to dance when I'm out but I don't want to worry about twisting my ankle so they have to have support. I do a lot of sport and fitness, yoga etc and I'm always on the move so I'm always cautious about higher shoes because I want to stay active. I do the school run every day and I'm an interior designer so I'm one fussy customer. Thank you Moda In Pelle for making my sandal dream come true 💛💛💛”

“A very disappointing experience. I returned an item and did not get a refund from Moda In Pelle after 12 working days. Communication from customer services was extremely poor, not responding to me mails promptly, zero on line response and phone lines down. Needless to say, I will not be placing an online order with Moda In Pelle in the near future.”

“I returned the shoes I purchased over 3 weeks ago, I'm still waiting for my refund. I've emailed customer service and I'm still waiting for a response. I do not rate Moda In Pelle at all, and my advice, if you want a pair of their shoes go to QVC at least their customer service is excellent. No waiting for refunds with them, it's paid back immediately.”

“I’m a fan! Great quality footwear, very well made, fashionable and comfortable. I would definitely recommend. My only issue is online returns. After contacting Moda in Pelle twice, it took over 3 weeks to get my money back.”

“The shoes were lovely but the wrong shape for me The ordering and delivery and the speedy despatch of a larger size (sadly still didn't fit) was very efficient Refund process is very poor. I have now been waiting nearly a month for my refund”
