“I ordered a pair of trainers, which were very nice, but the heel was not comfortable for me. I returned the shoes and recieved an email letting me know they had arrived safely. I opted to have a refund which was promised within 10 days. Two pleas later and three weeks of waiting and I still do not have my £71 refund. Really poor.”

“Always buy my trainers from Moda In Pelle as I know I'm going to receive quality footwear at affordable prices. I won't shop anywhere else for them, fantastic quick delivery and more often than not true to size. I always read the reviews which are of great importance when considering a purchase. The variety is great, why shop anywhere else!”

“Having never heard of Moda in Pelle, I took a risk & ordered 2 pairs of shoes...the products looked good online but can never guarantee they are like for like in reality! I was not disappointed...they were as described, sized accurately & really good quality at a very reasonable price. The service was also quick and efficient. I would definitely have no hesitation ordering again.”

“The boots I ordered arrived quickly and were good quality although too large. My experience of the returns process has been horrendous, I am still without a refund several weeks after moda in pelle confirmed safe receipt of my return and promised I would have the funds within 10 days. It is impossible to contact them via chat or phone as the lines are closed. Email takes days for them to reply and they just fob you off with excuses about ‘delays’. It’s completely unacceptable. I have had to raise a dispute via my bank in an attempt to claw back the funds. AVOID this company!”
