“The styles are amazing, and the leather they use is so soft. BUT...the sizing is a bit erratic. I now have 4 pairs of the Bezzie boots, two in size 4, two in size 5 - and don't get me started on the sizing for loafers! I always order two sizes now and send the ones that don't fit as well back. A real hassle - but as I don't live anywhere near a store, it's the only option if I want the shoes.”

“My boots are lovely and arrived really quickly so overall I'm really happy. The only thing that would put me off ordering again is the returns. It cost me £12 to return the first pair of boots (recorded delivery) as I decided I wanted a different colour. Loads of retailers offer free returns so not sure why Moda in Pelle are unable to do so.”
