My boots are lovely and arrived really quickly so overall I'm really happy. The only thing that would put me off ordering again is the returns. It cost me £12 to return the first pair of boots (recorded delivery) as I decided I wanted a different colour. Loads of retailers offer free returns so not sure why Moda in Pelle are unable to do so.
