“Moda is almost my favourite shoe company. Sorry to say. Their shoes , boots ,styles are second to none but, having to pay for returns does not go down well, so we now think twice before ordering we are unfortunately no where near a Moda shop so rely on online purchasing. Can nothing be done about this!!!!!!”

“Prompt receipt of order but trainers are difficult to know what size you need. If you order 2 sizes you have to pay postage to return. I'd rather pay a couple of pounds more on the item than have to arrange a courier and pay to return. I would guess companies have a discounted rate with a courier so wouldn't have to pay the same as 'Jo public'”

“Excellent shopping site with vast very nice and affordable items. Very easy shopping for very good prices. My only problem is to do with the delivery options. You may need to look at having more options- collection from local shops/ stores? As most people work during the day and may be away from home when deliveries are made. I will suggest items should not just be left by the doorstep as anyone can easily pick them up and walk away.”

“As I am a cluless boy, buying women's shoes is a complete mystery to me. The website was easy to use, the descriptions helpful and the two pairs that I bought were not only better than expected from a quality and aesthetic perspective, but also gratefully received by my partner. Both pairs looked fabulous! They also represented very good value. I did order them around the busy festive period, so delivery was quite slow and delayed, however customer services did keep me informed regualrly which at least eased the mild inconvenience. Overall a very good experience and I would happily buy heels again from Moda in Pelle.”

“Lovely boots, fast delivery. I have shopped here for years. Occasionally I think the shoes are quite expensive but generally I think they are good value. Sizes are usually true to size although these boots feel a bit small, not enough to return them though. I would recommend Moda in Pelle.”

“I love Moda in Pelle but sizes are so inconsistent. Am a standard size 5 but sometimes they are huge and with no half sizes if I downsize to a 4 that is too small. Please bring in half sizes and I will buy twice the amount of shoes - and so will my friends. ☺️”

“Probably the comfiest trainers I have ever worn. I rent went to Malta and was walking miles in them daily. No blisters, no achy feet and no rush to take them off at the end of the day. The only reason for the 4 stars was because I had to cut the leather under the zip on the left trainer. not what I was expecting from a premium brand.”
