The styles are amazing, and the leather they use is so soft. BUT...the sizing is a bit erratic. I now have 4 pairs of the Bezzie boots, two in size 4, two in size 5 - and don't get me started on the sizing for loafers! I always order two sizes now and send the ones that don't fit as well back. A real hassle - but as I don't live anywhere near a store, it's the only option if I want the shoes.
