“Service was extremely efficient. Only difficulty was when I wanted to exchange my shoes for a different colour I couldn’t do it so had to reorder but refund was made quickly and reorder processed very efficiently.”

“Love the trainers and sandals but boots a little disappointing. I ordered two pairs one pair completely different sized sent and other pair a little ‘cheaper’ looking than used to sadly.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. One I kept and are very comfortable and just what I wanted. The other pair were sent back as the elastic showed when wearing. I had to pay £ 6 at the post office to return”

“I recently bought a pair of platform shoes & a short while later some boots. Sadly I had to return both, as I take a standard width size 7 (EU 40), the shoes were too tight as were the boots. I must say I returned them both to the Bromley store & I can’t fault their customer service skills, excellent!”

“the shoes are adorable and great. material, design, very nice and also fits cool at first. Quality is great and everything is super. Only one tiny detail messing with my mind, while walking it feels too big, not perfect fit and I dont understand will it wear in or I should somehow help them feel fitter on feet while walking.”

“I bought two pairs of boots and one ankle trainers. The trainers are lovelywith a good padded footsock, comfortable. The burgundy boots were comfortable. The black Bren boots have a material lining which I was surprised to see with leather surrounds plus the leather footsock was not padded or raised like the others so a bit disappointed though I elected to keep them. The latter boots are a smaller fit. I was very happy with the reduced prices. Delivery prompt. Not happy with returning items as it was rather complicated to get it returned at Evri parcel post and I had to pay for the return. Free returns would be a bonus.”

“Absolutely love their shoes and boots, but have to say the boots I recently bought are a much bigger fitting, which I never realised until I wore them. Unfortunately I take a 3 and that is the smallest size available”
