“Ordered a pair of boots. When delivered wrong boots were in the box. Had to return them and show proof of postage before correct boots were despatched. Took twice as long to get the correct boots.”

“Limited delivery options, not considerate of people and their working lives Packaging arrived damaged. Wrong item sent. Not great customer service, generic emails were sent opposed to responding to the content of my email.”

“A nice pair of boots bought in the sale. However, after wearing on and off for a couple of weeks some of the stitching on the strap is already coming undone. I should be able to repair this myself BUT... after such a short time?”

“Was surprised at the returns process. No free returns by post so had to find a store to take something back. Will make me think twice about ordering again.”

“Made from the softest leather, these stunning pink trainers looked amazing. Unfortunately they had a flaw in the design which ment they continually slipped off and had to be returned. I keep my fingers crossed that they will resolve the problems with these trainers and will release them with the elastic further up the tongue.”

“Luv my new boots 👢but unfortunately were I have size 8 feet they pursum you have big calfs, I have slim calf's so the boots are baggy around the calf have decided to keep them. Might see if I can get them altered so there more fitted Quick delivery too”

“I have broad feet, if I buy size 7 can hardly get my feet in, ordered size 8 and they are to big???? Please make 7 in a wider fitting as I love your shoes and boots”

“Bought a pair of long and a pair of short boots very pleased with design and comfort. When looking at product details there was reference to care of leather boots. I took this as the boots I was ordering were leather, especially considering the pre sale price. I have bought many shoes of this brand before (all leather) and they have been fantastic. They would usually score 5/5. These ones turned out to be man made which's was very disappointing because it was unexpected. I think should be clearer as the company name literally means fashion in leather.”

“I ordeted ankle boots in the sale that should have been £129. I was so disappointed when they arrived. They were not leather, as I would have expected for that price, and looked really cheap. I decided to return them. Returns have to be sent by post and tracked, at my expense. I decided to drive to my nearest store instead which was a 50 minute drive away. The refund then took 10 days to appear in my account. I will not be using Moda in Pele again.”
