“I bought two pairs of boots. Was really happy with one but the other was a completely different colour to what was advertised. I was advised to return the ones which were faulty but there were no replacements in my size, so I said I would keep them and dye them. I was refunded a small amount which sadly doesnt cover the cost of the dye, but I like the style of the boots so I deemed it worth it. They were in the sale in the first palce, so I got them at a good price.”

“The boots at Moda In Pelle are absolutely top quality and I cannot fault them. However, the return policy needs to be upgraded to the 21st century. Boots at this price and quality should not have to be paid for to return so on that basis I have not given 5 stars. My final words, sort out your return policy!”

“Bought a tote bag which was nice and arrived very quickly which was good. However there is a fundamental flaw with it because the handles keep coming off because the screw attachment undoes itself all the time. I’ve nearly lost one several times now”

“I bought lovely white trainers at a great price reduction. They are zipped for easy access. I've now got 4 pairs of Moda in Pelle trainers, all with the zip for ease of putting on and taking off. I would have given these latest ones 5 stars as I love the look of them, however, the zip on one of the shoes keeps coming undone as I walk, so I keep having to stop and pull it back up so that I don't step out of the shoe! This doesn't happen with my other 3 pairs of zipped trainers so I guess I was just unlucky with a faulty pair.”

“Had to return it because it was too small. I’m a size 8 and your size 8 was too small. Shame because it’s such beautiful trainers. Looks like you don’t do size 9 for ladies. Well means I can’t buy shoes from you in future.”

“I have had quite a few of your shoes before,but not always on line, but I was dissapointed with the last pair of shoes. I found them far too heavy. And you don't know that until you wear them. I think I will buy more shoes from you as I do like the styles, but I will be more careful.”

“Love Moda in Pele shoes as they are different and comfy. Sadly only three stars this time because last pair of shoes I ordered were my usual size 4 but they were too small and had to send them back at my own cost. Disappointed as they were really nice. I'm usually a 3-1/5 and get away with using insoles in size 4! Although it wouldn't have worked this last time could you please look to making half sizes.”

“I want to start off by saying that the Moda In Pelle boots I had were gorgeous, but the customer service really needs improving as it is slow and a little chaotic. They take a very long time to answer the phone, and on average I waited around three days for a response to an email. They also told me on two seperate occasions the item I needed exchanged (due to a faulty zip) was out of stock when it was showing on the web site as in stock and available to buy. Having said that, when I was contacted, the customer service agents were very helpful.”

“Moda have some great trainers however I will now only buy in shop not online. Ordered 2 items online one was faulty the other looked worn was dirty. No checks had been done before posting out. Customer Service were helpful and provided a free return however it took over 10 working days to acknowledge receipt of return then a further 5 days to refund. Moda should check items before posting out to online customer to ensure quality.”

“The shoes were well made with lovely quality leather but they were extremely narrow so I had to return both pairs. I’m a standard size foot and have never returned shoes for being too narrow before! Not impressed that returns are not free and that it took a long time to receive my refund (would put me off buying again).”

“Unfortunately the pony skin loafers I purchased did not fit me properly as they were a bit narrow for me. The shoes were gorgeous and arrived promptly. My 3 star review is down to the length of time taken to refund, which took almost a month to be debited back into my account. I had sent them back recorded delivery as recommended but I do think in this day and age a better refund process is in order.”

“Good choice of quality shoes but don't start small enough. Size 3 is more like 3.5. Returns process needs to be improved. Have to pay for return postage and packaging or return to a store. Even if you return to store and shoes are checked a refund still takes 5-10 days.”

“Hi there I love moda in pelle shoes. I was a bit disappointed with my last order .. the shoes weren't quite up to the usual high standard .. though they were good. They were by the brand 'shoom' which I didn't realize was your brand too? The box was really tatty, you don't have a free returns policy and you took ages to send my refund. I wound prefer to buy your shoes in a store but you barely have any stores left?! But I wound still shop with you .. but last experience was not great. Thank you :-)”
