“Ordered some beautiful shoes in a 41 Recieved and tried on only to realise that although they were in a 41 box they were infact a size 39. Got prepaid label to return however took 3 weeks until I got a replacement, fit beautifully but unfortunately has out me off for the time being although some fantastic offers on offer at the moment”

“I love the designs of this brand, but I think the price is too much for the quality. I have bought boots that were £150 and the inside of the heel has broken so the heel would not hold my weight. The last boots I bought I sent back because they were cheap looking. I think the company would really benefit from just upping the quality a level”

“Quite an efficient company in terms of orders, delivery and returns but my reluctant conclusion is that the shoes are not made for my feet. I have had several pairs and most become uncomfortable after a few hours. I quite like the look of the items on the website so have ordered several times. I should know better by now! Shame, as the style always look so tempting.”

“I have worn my last pair of moda in pelle shoes for 4 years, but once they fell to bits, I ordered a new pair in the same size. Unfortunately, they didn't fit - neither on the foot, nor on the calf. This was disappointing, but what's worse, you have to pay for your own shipping when sending returns. I wouldn't order from Moda in pelle again.”

“Always happy with purchases from here but I didn't receive the correct size in my last order. The box was clearly labelled with the size I ordered but the boots were not unfortunately, either not checked or human error, who knows. I reordered and received the right size, just a bit of a pain when something simple is wrong.”

“Boots were lovely, too narrow though, so I had to send them back. Moda suggested I did this via registered post which cost me £11. This is definitely putting off ordering more. The 10% discount I got for signing up to emails (too many) was swallowed up but return postage. Basically, I tired on a pair of boots for £11.”

“My order was delivered pretty quickly - unfortunately I had to do a return. The original bag had been shrunk so it was too small to repackage the shoes so I had to buy a new bag which was slightly annoying. Refund took a few days too - other companies I’ve bought from have managed refunds much quicker, so overall a pretty mediocre experience.”

“You need to improve your customer services, the phone is never answered and the emails take days and are not always answering the asked questions. I have to drive to the nearest store to return a pair of shoes as they were 2 different sizes. I reordered and got the wrong colour .”

“Boots were lovely and comfortable but just not quite the colour I needed. Cost me £11 to return them which was quite steep and then took a further fortnight for the money to be returned to me. So if you get what you need great - but if you need to return beware the cost and time to get your money back.”

“I am unfamiliar with online shopping ( new to this) The order arrived in time, the sandals ordered were as described. Unfortunately for me my skin reacted to the back of the metal studs on the sandals causing extreme lasting irritation which has now thankfully cleared. Due to this I had to stop wearing them on my holidays . On return to the UK I messaged moda in Pelle asking if i can return them but have not received a reply. The offer of a replacement sandal ( different style) to the same value would be much appreciated .”
