I ordeted ankle boots in the sale that should have been £129. I was so disappointed when they arrived. They were not leather, as I would have expected for that price, and looked really cheap. I decided to return them. Returns have to be sent by post and tracked, at my expense. I decided to drive to my nearest store instead which was a 50 minute drive away. The refund then took 10 days to appear in my account.
I will not be using Moda in Pele again.
