“This company sells a great range of stylish shoes and boots. Their boots are great quality and they deliver and deal with returns without any issues. They also have really good discounts in the sales.”

“I love Moda in Pelle shoes and boots. I have been known to buy four pairs of shoes in the same style, but different colours. My recent purchase wasn’t successful in that the style of shoe didn’t fit well. The style wasn’t right for my feet. I could not keep them on. I was so disappointed as they look fantastic. They just didn’t fit snugly and were too big. This was weird as they were the right size, but I’m guess the style wasn’t right for my feet.”

“Very fast delivery service. Sandles and boots are very comfortable. I have been most impressed with the customer service having reported an issue with a sandle i received a speedy and most acceptable response. So while initially the products may seem a little more expensive the quality and customer support is more than worth the extra.”

“Hi went in Manchester store Christmas eve Gaynor was very helpful, it was nice to go into a shop and get a member of staff who was very polite and helpful , even arranged to get the goods coming to my home address so we would not have to carry them around, as we was going for a family meal. Well done Gaynor very much appreciated your lucky to have her”

“I ordered a pair of boots from Moda in Pelle which were "delivered" by Evri but did not arrive at my address. The delivery tracking information offers no signature and is an image of ground level paving slabs which are not recognised. Despite opening an enquiry ticket and the consumer rights I know I have, I have still not received a refund or replacement. As long as Moda in Pelle continues to use Evri as a courier, I will never order from them again. And as a company, they are making me jump through hoops to prove that I haven't delivered these boots. Proving a negative is very difficult but as the tracking information clearly shows no signature and a delivery photo that doesn't even show the package, I feel they are purposefully disrupting a lawful refund process. Not impressed. I can't rate the boots as I didn't receive them. Appalling experience. Would not recommend.”

“Very comfortable and quick dispatch (though Evri did seem to lose my parcel for a week) also fluffy inside which I hadn’t realised so that was a lovely surprise. Very happy. Extra details make them look even nicer quality.”
