“Shoes look great however they are quite uncomfortable and I lost a lot of the decorative jewels. Love Moda in Pelle and not had a problem before, so perhaps a one off.”

“Order took about 3 weeks to be dispatched. When the trainers arrived the leather was badly creased. Contacted customer services who were helpful but, couldn’t supply a return label so, I had to pay up front to return them. This was refunded quickly but still had to wait about a week for the trainers to be refunded. In total Moda had my money for a month...”

“I loved the shoes I ordered but they come up very small. I ordered a 7 but they were more like a 5.5 - 6 very disappointing.”

“I’ve been buying from Moda for a number of years and have always been satisfied, but I recently bought a pair of ombré nude/black heels. I wore them for literally 2 hours of which I was sitting down for the majority of the time and the patent on the heels has wrinkled up the whole heel on both shoes.”

“Large bag purchased May 2018 already have shoes and small bag. Gold coloured linkage on bag broke after two days use. Very disappointed and cannot get it repaired”

“I am only giving 3 stars as a recent pair of sandals I bought after only a handful of wears are falling apart - I am going to be returning them and expecting a full refund - including the shipping to return what is clearly a faulty item. So disappointed as I love Moda in Pelle.”

“Quick delivery of a lovely sandal . Unfortunately too small so had to be returned . This is where moda in pelle let themselves down. Other retailers offer free returns . The cost for a tracked return was £8.50!! Obviously I didn’t pay this , simply paid for first class postage . Never the less has put me off ordering again . Lovely shoes but will visit store next time !”

“The delivery was excellent as normal but I am a little disappointed with this purchase as after the first time worn of my new sandals one foot squeaks and creaks constantly as if the bonding between the sole and insole has not been bonded correctly but as they are in the sale none are available for exchange that I can find. I had the same sandal last season and they were perfect and still are hence my purchase as they are normally so comfortable so not sure how this pair will wear and if I will wear them due to the noise.”
