“I love the design of the boots and the fact they are comfortable - nice, soft leather. However two of the studs have already fallen off both on the left boot. I don’t know if i have just a dodgy boot but for the price I would expect them to be a bit more resistant especially as I only wear them to work!”

“Great product of a high quality. Always fit well and are comfortable. Unfortunately experienced bad customer service on my most recent purchase, whilst asking for a replacement due to a faulty zip on one boot. Saddening given I have made a good number of purchases in recent years and have always rated their product highly.”

“I have been a fan of Moda in Pelle for many years and regularly travel around 50 miles to get to my nearest store. However, in recent months the sizing has become very narrow, particularly in the opening of boots. As a result, several pairs I have ordered recently, including this pair have had to be returned. Also, having purchased online, but then returned the boots in store, it has taken more than 2 weeks to get a refund! Very disappointed!”

“The bobble hat looked lovely on your website, but when it arrived, the sides of it stick out and look uneven. The stitching is too thick. Such a shame.”

“I'm a huge fan of Moda In Pelle shoes but was disappointed when I ordered two pairs of boots from their M by Moda range. I wrongly assumed the boots were leather (didn't say online what fabric boots were made from) and really wouldn't have ordered them had I known they were synthetic. Design was ok but definitely the cheaper end of their range and I will know for next time. Won't stop me buying from MIP but I'll be more wary next time!”

“The shoes I ordered were lovely but just didn’t suit me. I ordered 2 sizes. But.....the hideous cost of returning 2 pairs of shoes means that I won’t be ordering from Moda on Pelle again especially when so many companies now have a free return service.”

“The footbed of my shoes is very narrow - the more I start to wear them, the more uncomfortable they become. A very old pair of your shoes which I treasure, are still my favourites in all respects, so please don’t go ‘narrow’ with the soles.! Thanks. Gunilla”

“Stunning looking boots. However I bought my usual size 6 and despite the elastic they slip off my heels as I walk. I ordered a 5 just in case and these too slip off my heels. I have kept the 6 for comfort anyway just a shame about the slipping”

“Unfortunately Moda in Pelle only use Hermes as their courier and I find them to be absolutely useless, the amount of orders I have raised and had to cancel or haven't been delivered because Hermes haven't got a clue what they are doing is just annoying! I love Moda in Pelle products though, but I do sometimes feel that they come up slightly big.”
