“Shoes were a good fit and worth the £27 inclusive of delivery I paid for them. They’re not any better than that price, however and the laces were way too long so I used a bit of DIY to shorten them. I think Moda are ok in the sale but I’d never pay full price for them.”

“Stylish and comfortable footwear. Quality mixed in my experience, soles of trainers wear through quickly and the silver ‘coating’ on my current trainers is wearing off quickly and easily scratched.”

“The company is quite efficient in delivery and I like the choice of using Klarna payment Only criticism is the packaging: the external plastic bag is neither eco friendly nor large enough to re-use for returns. Both of these crits could be easily remedied especially using a bag that could double for a return.”

“The first pair of shoes I bought some years ago are still very comfortable but both the pairs I bought recently have now got to be stretched. They are both two narrow. I love them but do not know when I will be able to wear them since they hurt my toes. Guess I will have to take them to a cobbler. A real shame.”

“The Quality of the product was poor. It was not the same pictured. The after service was very good but disappointed that customers have to pay to return unwanted items if they cannot go to store to return item.”

“Initially ordered some boots which were in the sale. After a week, received email saying they hadn't forgotten my order, would be in touch. After 2 weeks told my order was cancelled, not told why but obviously due to lack of stock. Then about 2 weeks later I found they were back in stock so ordered and they arrived promptly. Love the boots, but disappointed in initial order.”

“I'm a long time shopper at Moda, but was disappointed with my last order as I waited longer than usual then discovered, after I'd phoned that one pair of sandals were not available in my size! Lately you have gone mad over sneekers and clumpy heels - please lets have some more elegant, practical heels back & NAVY SHOES please!!!!!!!”

“Good delivery, lovely shoes, but so wide. Even with two layers of silicon insoles. My feet just slipped around. I do have very narrow feet, but these were unusually wide.”

“My sandals are nice, but I had to wait for a long time to my sandals to be delivered, I got a couple emails from Moda in Pelle saying that they were looking in their storages. I bought the sandals to take to my holidays but I was not able to use them cause of the delay in delivery the product.”

“Sandals arrived promptly but were loose around my foot which was odd as I had tried them on earlier in the season locally. The refund took an inordinate amount of time too - 3 weeks ! I have bought from this site before and been happy with my shoes but never sent anything back before.”
