“Ordered boots and they came next day - paid extra for this. Unfortunately they were too big and the colour too dark, wanted a ligher grey colour. I paid extra to return them by recorded delivery. They arrived back safely and I was able to track that they had been received, but sadly Moda in Pelle did not inform me that they had been recieved. Resulting in me contacting them to obtain this essential information, and details of, when I would receive my refund. Eventually I got an email telling me my refund had been processed, I am now waiting for it to reach my bank account. Thus I have mixed feelings, as I would have appreciated an email telling me that my boots had arrived safely at their depot. Sad because I loved the boots.”

“I recently purchased online a beautiful pair of ankle boots in black patent leather. The ordering system was excellent and easy to use and also the delivery of my boots came within a couple of days which was fabulous as I needed them to go away on holiday with. “Visited the store and bought 4 pairs of boots in the sale, the staff were fabulous in Leeds finding me my size. I had an issue with one pair and the lady from Retford store Maria sent me a pair in my size to Leeds for me to collect which was great customer service . I then bought another pair online which arrived the next day so I am very happy with all my Boots I just need to come back for some summer sandals when they arrive. Well done Moda”

“The shoes arrived quickly and they are just as I expected. The shoe boxes are lovely with the pattern inside, that makes them feel more expensive than the were. The colour is beautiful and they are very comfortable. I have bought two different pairs in the last month for a February wedding. I hope to wear both throughout the day because I liked them both so decided not to return either pair.. Moda in Oelje do make lovely shoes and I am sure I will be buying more in the near future. Thank you Moda in Pelle. I have showed them off to lots of friends so I am sure they will be ordering too 😊”
