“Unfortunately my parcel got lost and you were unable to resend my shoes as you no longer had my size. I was really disappointed, however your customer service support was excellent and refunded me the cost straight away.”

“The handbag is smaller than I thought it would be and doesn't hold that much. The zip is difficult to close if the bag has anything at the top and is looking misshapen after a couple of uses.”

“I liked the shoes. The website didn't allow me to put the code in offering a 10 percent discount. When I contacted them I was told I could have it off the next pair...not what I wanted to hear”

“Lovely shoes but too small, I’m usually 42 but thought these might fit in 41. Please do more in a 42 as the shoes are so nice and well made.”

“I used to love the consistency of Moda in Pelle, however now it is a hit or a miss if they fit. I was always impressed by how generous the fitting was as I have wider feet. I can no longer wear their sandals as they are so narrow. I bought two pairs of boots, I pair is comfortable, but the other pair were very tight, so gave them to my daughter. I had to send sandals back as I could not even get my feet into them, pretty disappointed to say the least.”

“Giving up with Moda. Love their styles but sizing is poor. I’ve had size 6 which are too small and size 6 that are too big. Online purchase is poor if you have to return. Returned mine to store and still waited over 2 weeks for refund. Quality also an issue I have trainers which have lost their colour over only 6 months despite being well cared for. So disappointing.”

“I purchased boot from you online but unfortunately they were too narrow. It cost me £11.50 to return them as recorded delivery ( which you required) only insured items up to £50! So I would not recommend anyone to shop online with your company!”

“I love Moda in Pelle and have many items of footwear from the brand which I have been super happy with. The reason I have only given 3 stars is because you have to pay for your own returns. It can be difficult with footwear as you need to try it on. Moda in Pelle is the only online company I used where you have to pay for your own returns. If this wasn't the case I would most definitely buy more.”

“The online customer service leaves a lot to be desired, from lack of response for ages to then unhelpful response when they finally did as they had not paid attention to info provided. A real shock to be honest. The retail store in Grantham offered a totally different experience with friendly and professional staff who made time for me and efficiently sorted out my refund and sale. I’m yet to try out the shoes so could not comment other than they look fab.”

“Boots are nice but one pair arrived in a fairly damagaed box. Second pair I didn't keep but had ro pay to return them which puts you off ordering from them a bit”

“I ordered 2 pairs off boots and 1 pair is all scratched and the other ankle pair was packed wrong so the top bit off the boot stays that way now it won't go back to normal and they cost me over £250...I got intouch and no1 got back to me..”

“Boots never arrived in time so were returned when they finally arrived. No real issue with Moda and Pelle but the courier you choose to use are diabolical.”
