I have had boots and sandals. Pretty pleased with the quality except for one pair where the colour did not match the online picture. I have found the fit is good and comfortable. Dislike paying for returns as it’s expensive for shoes and this has put me off. Perhaps a flat or subsidised rate could be considered.
