Returned sandals 2 weeks ago still waiting for refund!!!

Sadly I returned my defective boots and have been waiting weeks for my refund . I would usually rate very high as I have always found this brand very good unlike the customer service which appears non existent! I would like my refund and return postage reimbursed , I have proof you received my return weeks ago ! Please simply refund me !

Boots faulty, impossible to get hold of customer service, finally did and agreed to send to store with confirmation of when they arrived! Didn’t get any notifications. As I don’t live near I did pop in when I was over that way and they had the boots! Dark haired lady in shop didn’t seem to care. Said they’d process refund straight away! Still waiting for refund a week later. Emailed customer service, it hadn’t been sorted!

Very poor. First time ever I will admit. I buy many shoes from here. My favourite brand. Normally delivered in a couple of days. Ordered on the 8th February. Today is 19th. Waiting for a pair of shoes and bag. Fingers crossed they arrive in the next few days. Ordered to wear last weekend so fingers crossed I can wear them next weekend. In my option the quality is really good. Styles I just love.

The shoes that arrived were faulty, I arranged a return and was told that Moda would refund up to £7.00 for return delivery, it actually cost me over £11 to return them by royal mail, and now, after several ignored emails I can't even get my refund of the £7. Will not be purchasing again!! Such a shame as I've had some lovely shoes in the past

My previous experience was mixed and had to involve Customer Service intervention. Just placed a new order today. Will awaut the outcome.

My delivery did not arrive Evri stayed they tried to deliver even when I was here. Moda have informed me that Evri are returning items to them but still not had my refund😩

Fed up of having to pay to return items that are generally too small/narrow etc. Last pair I sent back I then get an email to say that they’ve sent me another pair which I didn’t request! Not bothering anymore unless they do free returns by post as nearest shop is Beverley or Sheffield which is too far away!

Purchased a pair of boots online for £150. The boots arrived very scuffed and scratched. I took photos and emailed them to your customer service. I returned the boots to the Meadowhall branch. The boots shouldn't have been sent out with the amount of damage and also having to wait 10 days for the refund is not ideal.

I have been waiting for a e change purchase made on 4th of Jan. I have emailed several times and the last response that my exchange had been processed on tge 12th Jan. When I emailed again yo say I had not received it I still have not heard back. This has gone on for weeks now and I'm.pretty disappointed, especially when I have made several purchases and spent hundreds pounds. 😥 P.s. I have rang on numerous occasions and can not get through. Phone keeps calling off.

My order didn't arrive for 3 weeks (Evri's fault) and I was offered a refund or another pair of shoes. I asked for another pair via a different carrier or a refund. No response to that request, even with a chaser. Then Evri delivered the original shoes which were uncomfortable and had to be returned. Luckily I have a fairly local (16 miles) store so I took them there but had to wait for a week for a refund. This was originally put through as another charge rather than a credit. No response to my email about this, but I have now had the credit. Pretty appalling customer service in my opinion. I have unsubscribed from all emails and I will never buy anything from you again.

The shoes are leather, but very hard leather - not comfortable. Painful. The two boots I bought I will donate, I don’t recommend. Unfortunately I could only realize it after walking with them…

Just been sent broken and faulty items. Customer service requested photos which were sent. Although constantly chasing customer service is not responding. Dreadful, quality control, items should never have been sent, dreadful non existent customer service. You have lost a good customer.

Taken my payment twice but only received 1 delivery - after numerous successful transactions I am very disappointed in Moda in Pelle (but my 1 pair of boots are gorgeous). Won't order again until they sort this out as they've turned out to be a vey expensive pair of boots.

Bought a pair of boots and they were quickly dispatched by Moda in Pelle. However they got ‘stuck’ at as n Evri warehouse. Thereafter it was a nightmare trying to contact Moda in Pelle to flag this up. No working phone number and very long delays in email contact. Finally got refund. It was a miserable experience.

Awful customer service! Still waiting for a refund. Moda claimed they never received the returned item. I sent photo proof of confirmed delivery of the returned item. Still no refund, not replying to emails!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! Ordered a pair of slippers from this website, had to return unfortunately as too small, requested an exchange for size..4 weeks later still nothing, so this company had both my money and returned item. When asked for diff size they had in stock - 4 weeks later when I chased now so not have the size In stock and just refunded me. Not what I originally asked for! I wanted the actual slippers in my size! I wonder if they would have even contacted me!!
