“You are asking me to review the doors I ordered, but I haven't received them yet?????”

“1 star would give 0. Do not order from this supplier. They accepted my order. Sent me a notification that my order had shipped. Then 6 days later called me to say the item was not in stock and would not be available for another month. I requested an immediate cancellation and refund they promised this. I then had to email 4 times and call 3 times to re-request this refund. I finally got my money back 6 weeks later. DO NOT BUY FROM MODA DOORS.”

“Sadly ordered 4 doors, order to delivery tome seemed great, message from courier for day of delivery all set. Then huge disappointment sat in all day 8-7 as per delivery, no product, no reason, no apology , had to do all chasing for refund, no mention of wasted day, inconvenience for loss of days work, or even acknowledgement, absolutely shocking, I will say the two staff I had to speak to, to then chase the refund for doors were professional and courteous, and courier service who confirmed they had no delivery booked the day after the event were professional, however not impressed, this company director needs to learn how to treat customers! Still waiting a reason/apology.”

“I returned the door I originally ordered as I ordered the wrong size (my mistake) I cancelled the 2nd door I ordered as it wasn't a fire door So the 1 star rating is because I am still waiting for my money to be refunded on my card after 2 1/2 weeks and I have called twice for it to be refunded !!!!”

“Not at all good they only deliver to curbside which is useless for anyone who is disabled or elderly or on their own. I would not recommend them.”

“wouldn't have a clue ! Purchased almost 3-weeks ago, still not received the door. Drivers sick, vehicle broke down, getting ready to send, getting ready to send .... not ! wouldn't buy from this company again”

“Purchased 2 doors from MODA, delivery stated time was not met so changed address but still sent to wrong address and caused massive issues for me. Wouldn’t use again.”

“Shockingly bad company to deal with. Supplied a product not as wanted then wanted to charge for collection. Eventually dud a section 75 on my credit card to get my money back. Avoid st all costs.”

“I had a nightmare with sub standard doors (twice) and 2 failed deliveries costing time off work. I was promised minimal compensation, but have received nothing after constant communication, wont use them again”

“My delivery was 2/11/22 and unfortunately I had ordered the wrong doors so these were returned immediately. Despite 2 emails chasing I am still waiting for a refund as of 18/11/22. I would have reordered from this company but as I still waiting for a refund, I will not use them again.”

“I have been waiting for my order over a week now , no updates are sent . I rand feel times , if lucky and someone will answer the call , I get update that it’s been despatched but still not delivered . Tracking number would be useful and regular updates especially when theses been an issue with delivery . So these a few thinks to think about …”

“Worst company I have had to deal with. Ordered a few doors. Most came faulty. Have sent back over 6 weeks ago and still don’t have a refund. Have sent numerous emails with no reply. I call twice a week with a promise I will get an update which I don’t receive and also get told wrong information just to get me off the phone such as the refund has been issued you just need to wait 3-5 days until it’s in your bank account. Absolute terrible customer service and have now paid for a product I’ve never had.”

“Without a doubt one of worse companies to order off. They messed my order up 3 times, delivery arranged no body turned up, had to chase up the delivery only to deliver the wrong colour. Third time the door finally came through . They charged £40 for delivery had to message 7 times to actually get this refunded. The manager Calum is pretty much not bothered and needs regular chasing! STAY AWAY!!”

“I ordered som bespoke doors and although I was quoted a 24 week delivery I reluctantly agreed and paid for the doors. Now after almost 28 weeks I ‘ve been informed that it might be another 2/3 weeks before they arrive in UK. I feel this is most unsatisfactory but there is not much I can do at the moment although I am exploring the possibility of cancelling the order and requesting the return of my money plus interest.”
