“Good product and value for money”

“The door is lovely and just what I wanted however the hinge pack was supposed to be free and I was charged for it and the hinges sent were not the right size anyway. Quite deceiving and no response from my emails requesting a refund for this. Delivery went well.”

“The door I bought is very good quality for a reasonable price. There were delays in delivery, outwith MODA Control and your after sales team were very helpful in sorting it out. Very good correspondence and conclusion. You will be recommended .”

“Don't usually pay as much as we paid for a bathroom door but wanting finished ( no need to paint) door for our new bathroom. Got to be honest we thought we'd bought a light grey door, fail to see any resemblance to light grey. However we were pleased with it and is obviously a quality product. So we kept it. It looks great in our new bathroom . Be aware it is incredibly heavy compared to cheaper doors.”

“I’m mostly happy with my bi-fold door, it’s is a good quality door, my only complaint would be that the toughened glass is very thin. I would worry about someone going through it if they fell against it, or with children in a house I could see a toy accidentally breaking it. For the rest, I’m happy with the door”

“Great product, the only problem that I had was that the delivery drivers broke a light fitting whilst carrying the doors in and did not advise that they had one this and made no effort to clear up the broken glass.”

“I was disappointed to find a small damaged corner on my new Moda door. However the door fitter was a lovely man who said he could trim a little off of the top of the door instead of the bottom. Once fitted it wasn’t really noticable. Apart from that, I am happy with my Moda door.”

“Door excellent. Very good value. However, was not delivered on the day that was arranged. Contacted Moda to find out what had happened; was told they would get back to me. A few days passed with no contact and then the door unexpectedly got delivered- fortunately I was in, but far from ideal.”

“Easy and swift ordering service. Immediate confirmation order placed. Delivery booked and confirmed in less than 24 hours. Doors are of good quality and look great. Very helpful customer service. I would certainly recommend this company snd no doubt use the again. Delivery had to be re arranged as driver arrived to find he didn't have doors on the van, but customer services sorted it with no hassle.”

“The doors are good. Good quality and well made. Delivery was excel!ent, unfortunate!y the door linings were not of the same quality. Very poor and very expensive. A shame that one good product is spoilt by one bad product.”
