“Door lovely, great price Terrible delivery! £70+ delivery and an 75yr old white van man arrives to deliver. He can’t lift them out of the van and advises us it’s curb side delivery which is not mentioned anywhere. Luckily I have a strong husband who dragged them in on his own. Or they would have been getting returned. Be warned!”

“Delivery turned up one day late and wrong, was supposed to be 2x glazed and 1 solid, but got 2x solid and 1x glazed. Reported it straight away and after a few emails and 8 days later hopefully will be replaced. Doors good quality, let down with poor'ish service.”

“The fire was perfect and very good quality I will suggest to everyone But only thing is the delivery guys I’m not happy with the because they didn’t bring the door to the flat but the left it outside and they refused to bring it in”

“Very nice appearance. However, one door was slightly in winding (twisted). I only noticed when fitting it. Adjustment on one hinge hides half of it. There is a gap between the beading and the glazing, particularly at the bottoms of the doors, which I had to fill in.”

“Door ordered and told would be delivered about 14 days later. Ok, longer than the website originally stated but so be it. Door didn’t arrive when advised it would so chased and there was a problem, so told another would be dispatched. When door eventually arrived it was impact damaged on one edge. Rather than deal With this company further I decided it would be easier to fill and sand down the damage before painting. The door itself is a good door. Shame about the late delivery and treatment the door received during transport.”

“Fantastic door quality but we also purchased the black square ironmongery sets and these have really let the combination down - handles don't fit to the fixing plate properly and only held by 1 small grub screw which connects to a circular fixing plate. Square face plate + circular fixing plate = problems!”

“Purchased the XL Joinery Internal Solid White Primed Shaker Bi-Fold with Clear Glass Door. The door itself is fine, however, the installation instructions are woeful, to say the least. The instructions give reference to part numbers but there are no numbers on the parts! Also, the diagram is beyond confusing and a lot is down to trial and error. After 3 hours of installation, the door still doesn't open and close right. Very disappointed. I would strongly suggest that you look elsewhere preferably from a manufacture that you would be able to contact for installation guidance.”

“The order process was easy. It arrived on time but we were on holiday for a week and it had been left in a safe place. Upon return, we unwrapped it, the bottom step sill had a considerable broken chunk of timber out of it. Luckily we managed to repair it and it will be hidden. We did not complain as it was approx 10 days after the delivery. But I would advise that their couriers do not take care with the products in transit.”

“This is for an order of 4 pine doors: Doors seem ok. Some scratches and dents apparent. This was because they were very poorly packaged. ( they were covered in polythene only. ) Doors I have bought elsewhere came wrapped in polythene and all corners and edge's had plastic strips on them to protect them too. Followed by cardboard outer packaging. These doors are close to £100 each hence this is a poor show. Delivery was very slow too. Ordered on a Thursday and were delivered 9 days later.”

“The doors came with a lot of damage around the edges. I have been in contact with the company and sent all the evidence. I was told to send them back which is involved a lot of hassle and we already organised with the joiner to fit them. So we agreed for a £50 refund compensation for me to keep them. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for it.”

“Good choice available. Speedy (if expensive) delivery. Underlying quality high, albeit 2 of 7 doors arrived damaged. Damaged doors replaced without quibble or delay. 1 of 2 replacement doors also damaged. Less helpful or realistic the 2nd time. Agreed a paltry compensation which then took several weeks to be paid.”

“Only 3stars as They should find another delivery firm instead of the a****hole who delivered mine. No consideration whatsoever. Moda doors responded quickly to the order nothing after that.”

“The delivery of the fire doors was superb, the door weight, finish and wrapping just BEAUTIFUL! However,I tried two different fire reg hinges.. the screw whole fell right on the join of the MDF and composite core.. which means in nearly all the cases the screw split the frame anywhere from 1-5cm. I had to sink screws into the back/front side of the door to reduce any further spliting and reinforce the area.”
