pair of int. french doors 60" did not fit, including rebate = 60+3/4" which had to be cut off

I have been waiting for my order over a week now , no updates are sent . I rand feel times , if lucky and someone will answer the call , I get update that it’s been despatched but still not delivered . Tracking number would be useful and regular updates especially when theses been an issue with delivery . So these a few thinks to think about …

Worst company I have had to deal with. Ordered a few doors. Most came faulty. Have sent back over 6 weeks ago and still don’t have a refund. Have sent numerous emails with no reply. I call twice a week with a promise I will get an update which I don’t receive and also get told wrong information just to get me off the phone such as the refund has been issued you just need to wait 3-5 days until it’s in your bank account. Absolute terrible customer service and have now paid for a product I’ve never had.

Without a doubt one of worse companies to order off. They messed my order up 3 times, delivery arranged no body turned up, had to chase up the delivery only to deliver the wrong colour. Third time the door finally came through . They charged £40 for delivery had to message 7 times to actually get this refunded. The manager Calum is pretty much not bothered and needs regular chasing! STAY AWAY!!

I ordered som bespoke doors and although I was quoted a 24 week delivery I reluctantly agreed and paid for the doors. Now after almost 28 weeks I ‘ve been informed that it might be another 2/3 weeks before they arrive in UK. I feel this is most unsatisfactory but there is not much I can do at the moment although I am exploring the possibility of cancelling the order and requesting the return of my money plus interest.

I purchased 16 Coventry doors. They arrived without any notice. The first door I opened was of poor quality, paint drips all over it and a depressed area where it looked like an internal baton had sunk. Moda insisted I opened all 16 doors but they also wanted the items to be perfectly packed if being returned. They wanted me to pay for the returns escalating the delivery price from £97 to £304. Very disappointed with the quality and service, they don't even answer the phone any more.

Hi Phil, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your order with us. For context, the doors ordered were supplied in a primed finish meaning some areas will have paint drips and rough areas. We do advise online that these doors do require sanding before final finishing can take place. Really sorry that this was beyond your expectations of primed doors. In regards to the "defect", we asked yourself to provide evidence of the bowed / sunk baton but received nothing to support this claim. We did inform you that this would be investigated if this evidence was presented but without it there is nothing we can do. As no evidence of a defect to this one door was presented to us, We gave you the choice to return the items yourself or you could use our collection service which typically would be chargeable. As our collection service is a separate service from delivery, this price for this differs and is subjective. This is also not compulsory, you have the right to organise your own return and are not bound to our collection service in any way. Upon further discussion regarding the collection, a free of charge collection was subsequently offered to you but you then informed us that you had decided to keep the doors. From this, we were then unable to offer a FOC collection on items which had been worked upon. Overall, it is disappointing to have received a 1 star review when we offered the assistance you had requested by means of collecting the goods. Disappointed that they sent a door that was damaged and although we should have checked it sooner refused to compensate us in any way Even though we bought a replacement door from them. I thought they could have at least gave us a discount

Ordered a bifold door. Once fitted it was obviously clear it has a defective misaligned hinge and also you can see that the door has a previous repair. I paid good money for a brand new door which this was obviously not. Very unhappy and have emailed you

I ordered a few sets of door handles and was sent something completely different. I have called and emailed asking for the correct product to be sent but have not managed to get hold of anyone. Customer service seems to be non existent so will not be shopping here again.

We are very disappointed with service received. I ordered a handle that was £60 it is too big. My whole family and i got covid and did not contact (14 days) the office that i want return the handle. It is very disappointing to actually not being able to return or at least exchange for something more suitable There was no understanding and no empathy received from moda doors. Its shocking and sad. Their response was: ' We have policies in place for a reason and they need to be adhered to unfortunately. As such, we are unable to return or exchange this item.'

No refund after 1 month. Contact your bank to request charge back. Mine was granted and refund received If PayPal open a case.

Doors are expensive and take two weeks to deliver. Having paid over £40for delivery, it costs over £50 to return the door if you don’t like the style once the door has been delivered.

Shocking service - three arrived Damaged and now won’t collect them. The Manager Callum says what you want to hear over the phone and then will go back on his word over email stating he never said it. Now I’ve taken it further legally and they have gone silent - don’t let their cheap prices lure you in, Never had service like this before

Ordering was easy. Paying was easy. Then the problems began. FedEx tried to deliver goods but failed. Cannot contact FedEx. So may have to cancel order and get a refund and order from another supplier
