Waited weeks for delivery. Date of delivery the driver went to the wrong address and left. I currently don’t have a date for the return delivery. Extremely disappointing.

Delivery is not 3-5 days, more like 3-5 weeks. Item arrived in very flimsy plastic which was ripped, and door damaged. Multiple black marks that wont come off and deep scratches. Delivery driver took it back as was embarrassed himself by state of it! Now they dont answer phone to deal with it.Awful company

Speed delivery. Poor customer service. Made to feel like a nuisance trying to get a damaged door & another poor quality door replaced when this should have been done without issue. Would not use this company again.

We ordered a door which was shown as being in stock - it wasn't! Having then waited for delivery, it arrived damaged and MODA would only replace it after we got the door manufacturer involved and if we paid for re-delivery. The second door was also faulty at which point they ignored our emails and calls - we had to get the credit card company involved to resolve matters. In a world when we can shop anywhere, what makes you stand out is your customer service, MODA's stands out but not in a good way.....

WORST POSSIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. ORDERED A DOOR FROM MODA DOORS AS THEY WERE VERY CONFIDENTIALLY ADVERTISING DELIVERY 3-5 DAYS EVEN IN COVID TIMES(THEY HAVE NOW CHANGED THE WORDING AFTER WE COMPLAINED) BUT STILL ADVERTISING 3-5 DAYS WHEN YOU ORDER. AFTER SOME EMAILS FINALLY GOT A CALL FROM LPD DOORS (MANUFACTURER) AND A EMAIL FROM MODA DOORS LAST THURSDAY 28/5 SAYING WILL RECEIVE THE DOOR TUESDAY. CALLED LPD TODAY TO CONFIRM AND NOW TOLD BY LPD DOORS WILL RECEIVE THE ORDER ON NEXT TUESDAY 9/6. LOOKS LIKE MANY OTHER PEOPLE STILL WAITING FOR THEIR DOOR WE HAVE BEEN FOBBED OFF AS WELL WITH AN EXCUSE

We specifically ordered directly through yourselves as your website suggested deliveries were fairly unaffected. Given a delivery of 3-5 working days as from 3rd May when the order was taken and money paid, the delivery has turned up on the 30th May, nearly a month after the order was placed. We ordered 2 sets of double doors, one single and several fixing/handle packs. We have had one single and one double delivered. I heard absolutely nothing regarding a delivery, sent several emails chasing it up without response and called several times to get a voicemail which I couldn’t leave a message on because the voicemail was full. We were stuck in limbo as we weren’t aware if you were still trading and unable to get hold of anyone. I have called and emailed regarding the delivery charge which I now think is laughable that you are still asking for and keep getting fobbed off with “we will pass it on to the suppliers” or “I’ll pass it to my manager to see what we can do”. I do actually wonder if I do not proceed to take this further whether the rest of my order will actually turn up. It’s kind of pointless having doors without hinges and handles which I’m still waiting for. Considering the blame seems to have been sent on to the suppliers but the delivery note does not show all items I do have to question whether everything was in stock. It feels like you didn’t have the stock but rather than contacting me to tell me you held on to my money for 3 weeks without any update or means to contact and now some stock is up in you’re working to a backlog, I can’t understand why else a delivery would come in separate parts. Expecting the delivery by a certain date means I have removed old doors, been sanding and painting others waiting for handles etc. I can’t put the old handles on as they leave marks on the fresh paintwork so we have been dealing with doors which don’t shut etc. I am so unimpressed with the service and will be looking to take this matter further. Please note I have not unpackaged the doors yet as it’s a bit pointless until I’m able to fit them and they are more likely to get damaged if they are unpacked.

No delivery date just a maybe wil cancel doors today if customer service doesn’t ring me back as promised very very poor service but quick to take order

It’s says 3-5 working days delivery time. And we have been waiting for 2 weeks. Never again from moda doors.

This company took my money and guaranteed delivery in 5 days. They changed the date 4 times and five weeks later still no delivery so I had to cancel the order. They have not refunded any of the money I paid and don’t answer the phone. I would not use this company as they are thieves and fraudsters!

Ordered 2 doors just before lockdown in March, then told 2 days later by email they were unable to deliver, Tried contacting company for number of weeks, unable to get through to anyone. Then when I finally got through 8 weeks later, was emailed that doors had been dispatched, still waiting 12 days later. Terrible correspondence from company and I still have no doors

The worst customer service ever!! I ordered £320 worth of goods, 14 days later still not arrived, I sent an email - not answered, I phoned a number of times, no answer most of the time when I did get an answer he promised to call back but did not. I then got through again and was told my goods were in a depot because a piece was missing! What for 14 days? Why did you not know it had not been delivered? No answer. I want you to send the goods out express as I have a hole in the wall for 14 days which I cannot put the door in as you have not delivered it, we cannot send express as the couriers are too busy!!! I have asked for my money back, do not waste your time with these amateurs.

I purchased a door, it arrived promptly, i then realised it was the wrong one( my fault) i tried to exchange it but it costs £50 to collect it. I had no option but to order the right door. The new door came but he would not take the other door back ( economy of scale this would have been the cheapest option) ive have sent two emails and phoned 4 times but can not get a response. I have since purchased 4 other doors from a different supplier that I can talk to and is happy to help as much as they can. Very disappointed, and i still have the original door which has not been collected. Poor service

Door has been ordered since the 24th of May and still no sign of it even though you advertise business as normal. Can get in touch with anyone at there end it has been a shocking experience

It’s funny I have been asked for a review because I cancelled my order immodestly after placing it which they notified me had been done. They said a refund would be issued and I have now rung them 4 times, each time I get the refund will be done tomorrow, then, something came up yesterday but we will do it tomorrow. Still waiting now

Door that was delivered was damaged, didn't respond to emails - must have sent over 40 to only get a few replies. Took over 2 weeks to get a full refund, when I was told it would take 2-3 days. Customer service was not very good. Wasted a lot of time with these issues. Said thd phoneline was working, but noone ever picked up. I understand its a difficult time, but the customer service I received was very bad. I would not recommend this company.
