The worst customer service ever!! I ordered £320 worth of goods, 14 days later still not arrived, I sent an email - not answered, I phoned a number of times, no answer most of the time when I did get an answer he promised to call back but did not. I then got through again and was told my goods were in a depot because a piece was missing! What for 14 days? Why did you not know it had not been delivered? No answer. I want you to send the goods out express as I have a hole in the wall for 14 days which I cannot put the door in as you have not delivered it, we cannot send express as the couriers are too busy!!! I have asked for my money back, do not waste your time with these amateurs.

I purchased a door, it arrived promptly, i then realised it was the wrong one( my fault) i tried to exchange it but it costs £50 to collect it. I had no option but to order the right door. The new door came but he would not take the other door back ( economy of scale this would have been the cheapest option) ive have sent two emails and phoned 4 times but can not get a response. I have since purchased 4 other doors from a different supplier that I can talk to and is happy to help as much as they can. Very disappointed, and i still have the original door which has not been collected. Poor service

Door has been ordered since the 24th of May and still no sign of it even though you advertise business as normal. Can get in touch with anyone at there end it has been a shocking experience

It’s funny I have been asked for a review because I cancelled my order immodestly after placing it which they notified me had been done. They said a refund would be issued and I have now rung them 4 times, each time I get the refund will be done tomorrow, then, something came up yesterday but we will do it tomorrow. Still waiting now

Door that was delivered was damaged, didn't respond to emails - must have sent over 40 to only get a few replies. Took over 2 weeks to get a full refund, when I was told it would take 2-3 days. Customer service was not very good. Wasted a lot of time with these issues. Said thd phoneline was working, but noone ever picked up. I understand its a difficult time, but the customer service I received was very bad. I would not recommend this company.

Customer service is none. We ordered a interior door in error and straight away I sent you an email for a exchange door got no reply I tried phoning a few times no reply I sent further emails no reply more phone calls no reply The door arrived on time but no returns note included.

Ive ordered 3 times from moda doors. Nothing but problems. One order took i think about 10 weeks for them to complete. My most recent order has took 6 weeks so far ( bifold door fitting kit so a small parcel) not expecting it to be dealt with quickly. I will not be using them again. Far too much trouble.

NO NO NO DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! Wouldn't order from this website!!!! takes your money, then you get email saying that the products are out of stock saying that can find alternatives, days later getting email saying that alternatives not in required sizes. then we asked to cancell and issue the refund. Still no refund for over 3 weeks now. Poor communication and avoidance!!

Do NOT order from this company, they take your money and then do supply your order or return your money!!! They don't answer calls, chats or emails! £40 delivery for nothing to arrive!

If like us, you ordered from Moda, they took your money, and you got no doors, we took advice from the Martin Lewis Show. We had paid by Visa Debit and thought it would be difficult to get our money back. However we contacted our bank requested a ‘Charge Back’. Got our money refunded by the bank the same day. The bank then claim it from the company. For those if you out of pocket, I advise you try it.

Can I please ask the people who have given a review how they managed to contact Moda. I have tried for five weeks, with no joy, by leaving voicemails and emails. Just wondering how people got through to them. Thank you.

Slow to resolve a delivery issue caused by supplier. Needed constant reminders by email and chat, after three weeks I emailed stating the products were waiting to be collected for a full refund and that I was contacting the CC company - the agreed partial refund was issued in 24h.

The door was cut out of square so would not fit exhisting doorway correctly. Had to trim top and bottom to squre up and increase threshold thickness, not ideal. Will not buy here again.

Purchased a new front door from this company and found it had a faulty locking system, I have emailed them many times for a replacement lock as we CANNOT use the door and this has been on going for months now, from before the corona virus was even heard about. Do not use this company , Not recommend, bad communication, faulty Locks. I am still waiting to use my front door.

Not delivered to correct address! I could have lost my item. Was very heavy and im pregnant therefore caused distruption with neighbours.

Paid for my doors five weeks ago. Received no communication despite leaving emails and voicemails. They state on their website ‘Business as Usual’ throughout this lock down - I don’t think so! Just want a refund now!

After receiving a email telling me you can’t get my doors, then the next day telling me my doors are getting delivered. I’m a bit confused. I have tried to contact you many times, but you don’t answer the phone. I’ve been waiting for a few weeks now. Could you contact me or give me a refund please. Thank you Colin

Do not buy they are cheap doors when you go to paint them they bubble. Dents in the door and just poorly made doors. Then when you try to contact them to sort out replacement they say there a third party company and you have to call somebody else which is just chucking responsibility for consumer law from pillar to post. Warning just do not buy
