“I marked the score down because the purchase reflects mobility smart and the things I purchase in my opinion are not fit for purpose , i cant even open them and i have even asked ny staff and each 1 of them cant open them so i cant use them , you shouldnt be selling things that arent fit for purpose ripping off dissabled people”

“Ordered a power recliner and was informed it had been carefully packed by Jack and was out for delivery by DX. On the day of delivery, I received a message informing me the item was lost and would not be delivered. Having called MS several times at my expense, I evenytually received a voice mail stating how busy they were looking for my order but to date nothing more? This is a factual review of events to date with no embelishment! 230726.”
