Hi Anthony, I am incredibly sorry for the delay and the frustration this has caused. We looked into this with DHL immediately, and it appears the courier was unable to locate your address because the specific house name did not populate in their postcode finder system. Because the delivery could not be completed, the item is now being returned to our warehouse. We will be issuing a full refund to your original payment method immediately. Package came with split cardboard and the heavy monkey bar falling out. The delivery man was glad to get rid of it. I do not know whether there should be an instruction leaflet but there was not one. In fact we do not find this useful so will not be using it but it is very difficult to return. On 7th March we were told it would arrive on 5th March!

I contacted Mobility Smart by email prior to purchasing the replacement battery needed for my scooter, just to confirm that I had identified the right one. Ashley responded promptly the following day and I took delivery of the new battery about 3days later. Very swift and efficient service
