“Product excellent, everything else very poor. Ordered two wheelchairs and their delivery partner delivered late plus cardboard outrts were soaking, looked like had been left out overnight in the rain. Paid for chairs to be assembled and packaging to be removed. Carrier left packaging at card home who had to dispose of. On complaining company did not check were two chairs offered to refund one packaging charge, more acrimonious correspondence two charges refunded but nothing, zilch for the mega inconvenience to us or the care home by way of compensation. Won’t be using this company again.”

While we are glad to hear that you found the wheelchairs themselves to be excellent, the service you received from our delivery partner was completely unacceptable. You paid for a premium service—assembly and packaging removal—and we failed to ensure that was delivered properly, causing a major and unnecessary inconvenience to both you and the care home staff. We can confirm that both packaging charges have been fully refunded to your account. However, we understand you feel this does not fully make up for the trouble caused. We have rigorously reviewed this incident with our carrier to ensure this does not happen again, but we must be transparent that we are unable to offer any further financial compensation beyond the service refunds already issued. We deeply appreciate your feedback, as it helps us hold our delivery partners to a higher standard. We wish you and the care home residents the very best. Thanks From The Mobility Smart Team

“I ordered my “Alerta Self Propelled Crash Tested Wheelchair” on the Thursday afternoon, I usually find ordering online myself difficult due to personal reasons but it was very simple, it stated that standard delivery is 2-5 working days, I was expecting more towards the 5 days but Saturday midday it arrived and I was very pleased with it. I would say it was very easy to use the website and the delivery service was great.”
