“My problem wasnt actually with mobility smart byt the length of time my delivery took after paying extra for a fast track delivery. Having ordered it on 3rd March it was not received until 9th”

“The seat is well made but quite heavy. I would have given a 5 star review had it not been for the mixed messages about the time of delivery given to me by DHL. Firstly delivered 3 days prior to the originally agreed date. Then a rather vague email saying that we could pick up at the local drop off. Finally it was delivered on the correct day at a reasonable time. I think the answer is dont use DHL.”
