“It did not work for me.Too flimsy and too fiddly. It kept on moving even though I used my chin to hold it in place. Would like to send it back but it has been used.”

“I enquired about a replacement plastic plate for my Dolomite Jazz Rollator and was told these were out of stock and no date could be given for new supplies. The young man answering my call was very polite and helpful and said he would keep my details on file for when they arrived. After a few weeks, he was true to his word and sent me an email stating the plate was now in stock. I phoned and the plate was quickly dispatched. I received excellent service and courtesy throughout.”

“Bevelled shape unsuitable for adult bed, to small. Not worth the cost, time and inconvenient of returning. Rare for a trader not to pay for return postage.”

“Terrible company to deal with, especially as they are supposed to be there to help those with disabilities. Ordered a shower seat over a week ago , paid for 2/5 day delivery. Called to ask what was going on and Spoke to someone with a terrible attitude who then asked me do I want the order cancelled, I said no , I will be honest I did swear not at him directly but I swore . I then called customer service told them I swore and I wanted to make a complaint, they have since cancelled my order and now I have to order from a different company and wait another 5 days for delivery. Poor child the seat is for can not even shower , disgusting company avoid at all cost”

“From the first contact right through to the delivery, I cannot fault this company at all! It was a delicate subject as my Mum is quite poorly and there was a long delivery time. This company pulled out all the stops and ensured we received the electronic pack in great time with great communication. And as for the item its fab! Really easy to fit and making a huge difference that we can now get my Mum intothe garden rather than beong in one rooma ll the time. Highly reccomend.”
