I’m finding the scooter difficult to use out of doors as the ride is so bumpy and hurts my ankle. I’m also finding it difficult to manoeuvre indoors as the turning circle is not great and I have to drag the scooter to turn around.

Prompt service and delivery. Perching stool is very stable yet light enough to move myself, gives me the independence in the kitchen I need. I would highly recommend this product to any elderly person with mobility problems.

Great service. ordering online was easy and delivery was extremely fast. Rollator was easy to assemble although we needed to pop online to see how the screws fitted 🤦 Rollator feels really solid although at present I've only tried it indoors. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from these guys again.

I bought a folding shower chair and I believe that like most folding chairs do not come with wall screws. When I phoned to ask for advice on which screws to use i was told by customer services that they cannot provide any information as they do not know state of the walls. This is a product provided by yourselves, many products provide screws to fix to walls regardless of state of walls. I understand the risks but not to get any guidance from yourselves results in not giving 5 stars. Also deliverey drivers nowadays do not appear to want to ring doorbells and just leave products o/s the door.

Because shower chairs must support significant weight on varying surfaces (such as solid brick, timber studs, or plasterboard), providing universal screws can actually be a safety risk if they aren't the correct match for your specific wall type. Our team's caution is based on ensuring the seat is fitted safely and securely, which often requires a professional assessment of the wall. I ordered this item and paid for express delivery. The item was due to be delivered by DHL on the Tuesday and I was in all day. No item received. I later received an email from DHL stating they tried to deliver but "couldn't gain entry" to deliver the package. This is a total untruth as I have a Ring camera doorbell and no recording was made that day showing anybody coming onto my driveway. A delivery date was then given as the next day but as I knew I would be out, I asked via their app to have the package delivered to my neighbour at No.10. This clearly didn't happen as the driver came through my garden gate and left the package in my greenhouse at the back of the house. Unfortunately he left no note to say he had done this and I thought the package might have been stolen while I was out. However, I did receive the goods which are well made and just perfect for me but am not impressed by the delivery situation.

It is very disappointing to hear about the "failed" attempt and the ignored delivery instructions, especially when you have the Ring camera footage to show no attempt was made. We pay for a premium service with DHL and expect much better. We will be raising a formal complaint with them regarding this specific driver to ensure this is investigated. Firstly the delivery service was unacceptable over a week for delivery no communication as to what was happening. I purchased a bath chair and find it extremely heavy getting it in and out of the bath

Confirmation of order was very quick BUT I was given 3 different dates/times when it was going to be delivered and it didn't come until the last delivery date! 3 times I had to wait in for it wasting my time.

I bought some small items and a bath lift which was a competative price and is good so far. The bath lift packaging was excellent but the outer box was a bit flimsy and slightly undone. All the items were there so I did not take off a star for that The order was delivered promptly so I am happy with this company.
