Very good company to deal with. I telephoned before I placed my order as I had a question which was answered to my satisfaction. I placed my order early on Thursday paid extra for Express Delivery and was notified that my order would be delivered next day on the Friday. Unfortunately it wasn't delivered until the following Monday. That said, I will definitely order from Mobility Smart again.

Ordered an Ossenberg Fischer Handled Walking Stick online. The product was dispatched very quickly and delivered within the time frame quoted. The Walking Stick is good quality and easy to adjust. Hi, received the mobility scooter on time, all okay. However, triedtoset it up on Friday 20th, o my own Iam 78. Very hard to remove from box. Exhausted. I sent an e mail a few days ago, as of yet no response. I am going to phone you today, as I can not find the remote tag? If you do tell me where it's hidden today, I may need verbal assistance over the hone to set it up. No written instructions, very bad,were d rope ? I manage to work out how to set up the charging of the batteries. I think ? This is so hard on my own. A set up fee would have been good. Phoning later. Goodbye

It seems you may have purchased the scooter from a different company. To help you get this sorted, we recommend: Checking your email inbox: Look for a different order confirmation or shipping notification that mentions a mobility scooter. Checking the shipping label: The name of the company that sent the scooter should be printed on the return address of the box. Bank Statement: If you can't find the email, your bank statement should show the name of the business you paid for the scooter. Good company to deal with. Easy ordering & fast delivery. Ordered a waterproof fitted sheet for an elderly incontinent member of my family who is staying with me. Good fit on mattress & does the job. I haven't washed it but sponge clean it every morning with warm water & a mild detergent then leave it to air dry. Would recommend.

I purchased the mattress genie to help me with sitting up and turning over in bed it works great the only issue I have is the pump is very loud and I'm disturbing the rest of the house when I use it ..but the item itself does the job

Ordered Pride Scooter for delivery in 7-14 days. Great product, online ordering process works as expected and delivery driver very helpful. However, did not actually receive scooter until 29 days after order which is very poor. I was unavailable for one of those days and they were unavailable for the other 28.

Helpful and courteous service both with purchase and return of bath cushion lift - necessary through customer's inability to use it, because of MS. Delivery and collection were swift and efficient. I am awaiting refund but, based on previous service, I do not anticipate a long delay.
