“Having been let down badly by one mobility aid supplier, I turned to 'Mobility Smart' and instantly noticed a diference in customer service and within a very short period had delivered what the other supplier struggled to get. One item they were stuggling to get but rather than letting me down, they upgraded it to a more expensive product for the same price.”

“We ordered a pair of the coloured crutches, they arrived swiftly and did not disappoint. Yes you can get cheaper products than these but you get what you pay for, these are really well made have many great and effective features. Even the simple addition of reflective lenses front and back on the handles. They are really well built and very robust, exactly what is needed for peace of mind but the colour helps make them less hospital handout and more disability style accessory. Especially for those who may be self conscious as a result of illness or limitations these are a must.”

“The product it self is good The delivery was not I paid for a express delivery which cost nearly £10.00 which is a 1 to 2 days delivery because the delivery company you use does not deliver on the weekend it doesn't make it express delivery.”

After your order was already dispatched on our system, you notified us that the billing and delivery addresses provided were incorrect. Despite the order being already labelled and ready to go on delivery van, our team immediately contacted the warehouse to pull the package back and relabel it to ensure it reached you safely. We did our best to rectify the error you made quickly to save you the hassle of a lost package. “Thank you so much ch for your quick stress free service with my purchase of your crutches. I had an accident and snapped one of my crutches. I am not safe using one crutch and panicked on how I was going to manage, I found your website and found it easy to use and placed my order on the Thurs and on Sat morning they were delivered by Royal Mail.
