“I did a telephone order which unfortunately went to the wrong address. When I realised this I called the Company and the lovely Chris sorted it all out in a flash. My order arrived just short of 2 days which allowed me to use the item following my surgery. Well done Mobility Smart.”

“The company itself were very helpful because I had a lot of trouble assembling the walker. I rang the company and spoke to a friendly lady who put me on to a very helpful customer services advisor, Simon. He talked me through some problems that I was experiencing with adjusting the handles and another issue. Thankfully I was able to sort them out, so I was very grateful for his help. The leaflet provided with the assembly instructions was not very detailed. The walker itself is good, easy to push along and easy enough to fold up. It doesn't feel as sturdy as my other 4-wheeled walker issued by the physio, but it will be easier to transport. I can't walk unaided and feel anxious about using buses etc so tend to take taxis, which are very expensive. I hope I will gain a bit of confidence with this walker on the buses. Thank you.”

“Very pleased with the availability of the new handset I bought and, the quick dispatch and delivery. However I am not a fan of your pricing system displayed on the website. You make big headlines that the product was £69.99. However at no point - unless I missed it did this initial price reflect that vat had not been included. It was only when I went further in to pay that the option to pay vat or claim vat relief was given as an option. I feel that this is misleading to the consumer under trading practises. Why is not "excluding vat " not stated with the initial price. Or include vat in the price - it can always be removed at the point of sale. To go from £69.99 as your headline price to the real price of nearly £84 when vat is included is rather underhand. Not everyone who needs mobility products is disabled and registered for vat relief. You need to revisit your pricing strategy.”
