“After a struggle trying to order one line I was soon emailed and with a phone call the next day I was able to place my order.”

“I ordered a full pge magnifier. The order wasacknowledged and despatched within 24 hrs. Delivery was by Royal Mail but, unfortunately the screen was cracked fully across on arrival. On contacting the vendors I got an immediate apology and a full refund At the time they were unable to supply a replacement. Apart from the damage the product seemed good quality. The response and reaction of Mobility Smart was personal and first class. I cannot fault them.”

“Was given the incorrect information just so they could get a sale sent incorrect battery cover based on there expertise advice now they want £20 to return it as I'm severely disabled and haven't been able to get out of the house for 3 weeks now this company have no empathy and will not accept there responsibility of getting it wrong”

“Purchased Crash wheelchair for emergencies. Very solid and easy to push and at a very competitive price. The only problem is the brakes are a bit difficult to secure. Strong hands are needed but once secured very effective. Paid for express delivery, DPD delivered with care. Well packaged - a box within a box..”
