Excellent service and product, we have reduced by 1 star as we were unable to pay by invoice and this would deter us from using this organisation for larger orders in the future

I was a little annoyed that I purchased a mobility battery, which I thought I would receive quickly, unfortunately once I had ordered and paid I was emailed to say it was out of stock. It would have been helpful if it had said out of stock on the website. Saying that staff were very quick at responding to my emails and kept me informed quickly once I had asked questions about the wait . I have now received it after a few weeks and once it was back in stock was quickly sent to me

Original date of supply was over 1 month later than stated due to no stock. When it did return to stock they sent the battery by fast courier delivery which was a good way to show good faith which was appreciated. I will always ensure they have stock on my future orders to avoid any reoccurrence of this..a good company to deal with

High Rise toilet seat is as described. I would have preferred white screws rather than the blue, but otherwise it does the job.

Easy to order and clear communication about delivery, which had to be to my neighbour as I was still in hospital. Very pleased with my mobility trolley as I can steer it with 1 hand / crutch and use other crutch in other hand. Pleased I bought it rather than one of the more decorative but flimsier ones on the market

Very helpful,sorted out my confirmed order when I had made a mess and made sure I got the things I really wanted thank you Bath mat, the best I have had in a long time, stayed stuck to the bath in spices the fact I have to use cream washing my b bye my body It was a great relief to have again a working reacher as mine had got broken it picks things up off the floor really well

Best shower chair I've ever bought. One drawback for me is that it is a little lower than I need. I struggle with getting up but otherwise it's perfect. 3-4 inches higher would be idea for me

The seat is well made but quite heavy. I would have given a 5 star review had it not been for the mixed messages about the time of delivery given to me by DHL. Firstly delivered 3 days prior to the originally agreed date. Then a rather vague email saying that we could pick up at the local drop off. Finally it was delivered on the correct day at a reasonable time. I think the answer is dont use DHL.

The unit was not charged so could not be demonstrated, the dliverer/demonstrater from the word go could not wait to get away fast enough. I had to sort it myself which was not what i thought i had paid for!!!!!

Ordered Pride Scooter for delivery in 7-14 days. Great product, online ordering process works as expected and delivery driver very helpful. However, did not actually receive scooter until 29 days after order which is very poor. I was unavailable for one of those days and they were unavailable for the other 28.

Was delivered quickly, moves easily, just one thing the brakes could be more acessable maybe put a brake system on the arms, a little like puchchairs , it is hard to reach the castors when you have mobility probs
