All very efficient and helpful However I believe the website said 7 - 14 days delivery It will be nearly a month before my mobility scooter is delivered on 11 November

Excellent product and service. Would have given five stars but the cover of the pill boxes are quite stiff so not easy to open but should improve with use. Might be an issue for an older person. I realise they might be for child safety reasons but even so, the user has to come first.

Unfortunately the basket for my Rollator walker was a bit too big but I managed to get it on my walker at an angle not flat like my old one

with only one order placed so far, we found the ordering process and the delivery very satisfactory. We would definitly use Mobility Smart again.

I ordered a mattress elevator and mattress stopper. The elevator arrived damaged and the stopper came without a strap so not very happy with the items although that may have been how they were despatched from their supplier ( aidapt). Mobility Smart arranged for a courier to collect the items and issued a refund without any problem. Sometimes it's how a company deals with an issue that defines them as good to deal with.

Bit difficult to give a true review because I am still awaiting my canopy, but my dealings with the company in general have been good and constructive. The people I have dealt with have been pleasant and helpful.

Quick delivery scooter not as light as i thought it would be but battery soon loses its power need to get a stronger battery for my scooter

I placed an order, for a new battery, the part was not in stock, the team informed me that this part would be coming from the USA and would take a few weeks to arrive. I was given the opportunity to cancel the order and use another company, but I decided to stick with MOBILITY SMART, whilst I was waiting the staff kept me informed of progress and delivery date. As a retired wheelchair engineer I am aware of parts taking some time to arrive, so I was happy for the short wait.

The item I ordered proved to be not exactly what I needed, I have passed it on to someone else who saw it in my home and commented that she needed such a wedge. I do not know if t suited her. Sorry. Your handling of my order and sending io was all fine. thank you.
