“Again, I returned to my favourite online shop, Mobility Smart to purchase my disability aids. This time I desperately needed to replace my old wedge car seat cushion. It was slightly different to my last one and was a deeper wedge with a coccyx cut out. My choice because of my worsening condition. I was a little unsure as to whether I’d ordered the right one but it was perfect for my needs! Ordering with Mobility Smart is easy, very straightforward and they have a helpline if you’re unsure or need advice on goods. I received my usual kind acknowledgment from them and a promise to get my order to me asap. As usual, they did! It arrived well packaged 2 days later and in perfect condition. It works amazingly well and my car journeys are much more comfortable. I’ve never even disappointed with any of my orders from them, such a relief to have peace of mind. Thanks again Mobility Smart!”

“Mobility Smart was a very easy web page to access and order from. It had the clips but unfortunately when they arrived the were not the ones I needed. There are to types of clips. One has two straight edges ( which I received) and the other has one straight edge and one rounded edge ( which I wanted). So I ordered 4 hoping to get a least one of them, however I all straight edges and they do not fit.”

“Dealing with Mobility Smart was a pleasure. They kept me up to date with what was happening and a potential delivery date. The courier driver who delivered the item was a disgrace. First of all, the company were told to phone me so that someone could be with my 94 years old Father, I never received a call until he was outside my Father’s address. He went to the totally incorrect address but told me he was outside my Father’s address. I had to redirect him to the correct address. My Father had been waiting for him outside. Not a good service at all.”

“After year's of dealing with companies that supply fittings as a matter of course. I found the fact that fittings weren't supplied was a small but irritating matter. This reminded me of the bad old days before customer satisfaction. Apart from that a satisfactory piece of equipment.”
