“Easy to order and clear communication about delivery, which had to be to my neighbour as I was still in hospital. Very pleased with my mobility trolley as I can steer it with 1 hand / crutch and use other crutch in other hand. Pleased I bought it rather than one of the more decorative but flimsier ones on the market”

“Great sturdy large step with 2 handles bought for elderly parents to use for conservatory. It was a little late posting had to wait for additional handle. I emailed mobility smart who received my message and responded quickly to then say they are waiting for handle and they will inform me when shipped. It arrived quickly after that. Well packed and easy to assemble.”

“Paramedics used one last time I fell. Was easy to inflate and put me in a safe sitting position. As I fall often my husband thought it was a good idea to have one at home as he hasn't the strength anymore to pick me up. I haven't had to use my lifter as yet but at least now I have the right safe equipment to help.”

“The customer service is excellent great on the phone and great confirmation by email of any orders . I only needed a replacement battery and they treated me fantastic . I bought my scooter from them as well and they delivered it set it up and showed me how to use it brilliant . If I ever need a new scooter or any other aids I will be contacting them first .
