My mother bought an electric wheelchair last year. A few months later, it developed a fault with the battery. They took it away to fix it. That was at the start of December 2025. Nearly two months later, they still haven't fixed it, or told us when it will be fixed, or offered a replacement. On the phone, they keep saying "We'll get back to you" but they never do.

I ordered a talking watch. I was a good price and arrived quite quickly. Only a couple of small problems. I obviously couldn't set it up myself due to sight impairment and my son had a lot o trouble with it. He managed to do it but it took a long time. Also, it is for a ladies wrist but it is quite tight on me. I don't usually have a problem with size as I my writs are firmly average. Anyone with slightly above which size wrists could have a problem?.

I have bought one perching stool and bought these 2 more for myself and an elderly friend.. They are very good. Safe and secure, with arms to prevent falling and help to stand up . Very comfortable. Thanks

I had an excellent experience with Mobility Smart, I emailed them with a query about some equipment for my brother who has cancer and is in a lot of pain, and they gave me quick, considered and compassionate advice. Ordering was easy, we appreciated that we could apply VAT free, and delivery was fast. Would highly recommend.

I have absolutely no complaints. Ordering was easy, service was good and I love my (bright orange) Nordic Grip boots. Haven't had chance to try them in the snow yet but they are great on a dog walk with all the slippy mud that is currently around. The boots themselves come up slightly wide for me and I think a size 4 would have been a slightly better fit than the 3.5 (my usual size) I ordered. But they fit sufficiently well.

The item arrived very promptly, which was quite beneficial, as the wheelchair was inoperable until the replacement part was received. It was also well-packaged.
