Excellent service from beginning to end. I emailed mobility smart to check the item that I was hoping to purchase was correct (for my parents stair lift) I immediately got a positive response. I placed my order and received it within 48 hours! Brilliant service, thank you.

While specific instructions can vary depending on the clock model, most digital clocks have a simple adjustment process: Look for buttons labeled "SET," "TIME," or "ADJUST." Press and hold the "SET" or "TIME" button until the hour display starts flashing. Use the "HOUR" and "MINUTE" buttons (or sometimes the "UP" and "DOWN" arrows) to correct the time. Press the "SET" button again to save the time. If these general steps don't work, please give our customer service team a quick call at 01995 638086. Service was excellent was able to find what I needed on website. Ordered the item I needed and chose express delivery as I needed the item by the weekend. This is where the carrier let me down instead of getting it on Friday I didn’t receive it till the Monday when the urgency was over.Hence only four stars. But item is just what I wanted and really helps my mobility
